Nitrogen content is higher in chicken manure, it is easy to corrupt and contents much pathogens. Doing anaerobic fermentation processing of chicken manure is not only about the recycling, but also resolves the problem of environmental pollution. Temperature is one of the important external factors affect the efficiency of anaerobic digestion. Sudden changes in temperature will affect the growth rate of the activity of enzymes, and microorganisms and their metabolic rate of substrate, biochar high porosity, specific surface area, strong adsorption, is advantageous to the habitat and breeding of microorganism, such as nitrogen in chicken manure in the anaerobic fermentation, play- fixed- enrichment methane adsorption function and roles of microorganism and supplementary carbon source. In order to explore the chicken manure fermentation temperature on biochar mediated the influence of anaerobic digestion gas characteristics, through the 15 ℃, 25 ℃ and 35 ℃, 45 ℃ and 55 ℃, 65 ℃ fermentation temperature batch anaerobic digestion experiment and 35 ℃ fermentation temperature continuous anaerobic digestion test, study biochar mediated the chicken manure anaerobic digestion of gas production and gas composition and fermentation liquid pH change rules and characteristics, so as to provide theoretical guidance for practical production and regulation. The main research contents are as follows:(1)The biochar mediated the manure in different temperature anaerobic fermentation batch type test. The SATR- 10 l anaerobic reactor in 15, 25, 35, 45, 55, 65 ℃ temperature conditions for biochar mediated chicken manure on anaerobic fermentation of sequencing batch type test, research shows that: biochar mediated the manure in different temperature fermentation batch type test study, 35 ℃ under the condition of anaerobic fermentation, the average daily volume, average 30 d cumulative gas production and methane content were 5.4 L and 162.26 L/d and 54.27%, higher than other groups; 55 ℃ and 65 ℃ group gas peak appeared in the experiment of 16 d and 28 d respectively, the relative temperature 35 ℃ group lag the 8 d and 20 d respectively; Different pH change obvious temperature treatment, the temperature is too high or too low will make pH lower and even toward acidification condition, biochar added effectively reduce the probability of acidification.(2)The biochar mediated chicken manure temperature continuous anaerobic fermentation tests. Experiment in 80 days, once every two days front-rear, feed rate varies with the change of hydraulic retention period of change. Moreover, by using wet corrosion gas meter and gas chromatograph accurately monitor and record nissan gas, the gas component content, using the mailer pH meter to test the material liquid fermentation pH, using SPSS software for data correlation analysis. Research shows that: under 35 ℃ for continuous fermentation with biochar mediated chicken manure, and can be found with biochar mediated chicken manure under the condition of the medium temperature stable gas accumulation of gas, the average methane content is higher; Hydraulic retention period of change can affect gas characteristics of fermentation, with biochar mediated the manure is suitable for continuous fermentation retained in 20 d hydraulic; although the manure of C/N is higher, but as a result of joined the biochar, pH drop small during the fermentation process, the basic keep in the range of 6.06 ~ 8.43, no phenomenon of acidification, the change of pH and methane content and gas production are closely linked, pH was associated with a significant cumulative gas production at the 0.05 level, the correlation coefficient is 0.607; PH was associated with a significant methane content at the 0.01 level, the correlation coefficient of 0.677.
