| The aim of this study was to difinite the combination of Red- Blue LED lighting quality and the nutrient solution while the celery was cultivated under different proportion of red-blue light and nutrient solutions but also to provide a feasibility solutions for celery cultivation in Plant Fectory.This study was based on the following two aspects:First,effects of three different LED light quality ratio on the growth of celery; This test set three levels of light quality treatment, R/B=3:1,1:1,1:3,with one fluorescent lamp control.The aim of this study was to explore changes in morphogenesis,yield,quality and other indicators under excessive LED light quality,and then,to pave the way for the subsequent test; Second,effects of different Red and Blue light quality and nutrient solutions on the Growth,Quaility and Photosynthesis Characters of Celery; This test set 5 levels of light quality and 3 nutrition levels,and set the fluorescent,South China Agricultural University leafy B standard nutrient solution as the control group.5 light quality levels were R/B = 13:1,10:1,7:1,4:1,1:1,and 3 levels of nutrient solutions were K-rich South China Agricultural University leafy B nutrient solutions,Zn-rich South China Agricultural University leafy B nutrient solutions,Se-rich South China Agricultural University leafy B nutrient solutions.And then measuring the growth,index yield,quality and photosynthetic characteristics of celery.To determind the light quality ratio and nutrient solutions combinations for high yield and high quality celery grown.To evaluate a different mechanism that how light quality and nutrient solution effect the growth of leafy vagatables like celery.And to provide a reference for improving the efficient use of LED and other artificial light sources that can enhance yield and quality of leafy. The result as followed:1. There are differences in the shape of the growth,biomass allocation,the quality index of the response of celery under three different ratios of red and blue LED.It showed significant differences on celery height from the initial part and also the photosynthetic,growth and morphogenesis,yield formation under the interaction between three kinds of light quality and nutrition have differences.The forms,growth,biomass,quality,and other indicators of celery show a different variation under different light quality ratio.Red and Blue ratio of 3:1 light can effectively promote celery plant height,petiole length,leaf number,dry biomass accumulation,Vc content,soluble protein content,soluble sugar content,It always can effectively reduce the root to shoot ratio,reducing the content of nitrate,cellulose,reducing sugars. It showed good growth trends,production trends and quality improvement trend.2. Celery in different light quality ratio and nutrient solutions also showed a different variation,and light quality is the mainly effection of it in growth index,biomass accumulation,photosynthesis and fluorescence, and in terms of quality indicators,photosynthetic pigments content,the interactions between light quality and nutrient solution significantly affected.3. Light quality ratio of 10:1 can improve the growth index celery,dry matter accumulation,and high photosynthetic rate and electron transfer rate,showed good growth characteristics,therefore,light quality ratio of 10:1 in this study is the optimal positioning of light quality ratio; Effect of Nutrient Solution on celery growth mainly reflected in the upgrading of the quality of the above celery,zinc,selenium-rich nutrient solution can significantly improve the accumulation of zinc,selenium in celery organization,and make it get to the zinc,selenium-rich food list.4. The actual production of celery cultivation,use LED lights fill light,it should be determined in light quality ratio 10:1,while the nutrient solution by adding trace elements to improve the quality of celery. |
