| Wheat stripe rust is the global important fungal diseases caused by Puccinia striiformis f. sp. tritici. In this research,we have completed the monitoring of Pst races and analysis of population structure on 208 Pst samples come from northwest of Hubei province by using Chinese differential hosts. We analysis 7 host parasitic fitness parameters. The results were obtained as follows:1. Dominant races were CYR32 and CYR33, dominant population was Shui11 group and Hybrid 46 group. Besides the virulence to Yr3 b + Yr4 b is less than 50%, Pst has stable and high frequenCYR of virulence to most of rust resistance genes in wheat. The result shows that the virulence of the region group is strong and can make almost differential hosts which have known resistance genes infected.2. 2014 various toxic levels of diversity index values were greater than 2013 as a result, therefore can be obtained in the group on the overall level of the toxicity of polymorphism in 2014 than in 2013.3. The virulence genetic similarity coefficient in 2013 is between 0.94~1.00, shows that the genetic distance is relatively close in 2014. The virulence genetic similarity coefficient in 2014 between 0.90~0.99. Although relatively has a wide distribution in 2013, the genetic similarity coefficient and the genetic distance is a bit far, but virulence genetic distance is close.4.The molecular genetic similarity coefficient in 2014 is in the range of 0.69~0.97, the whole community similarity coefficient was only slightly lower, heredity distance is farther.According to the correlation analysis, it is concluded that the correlation coefficient r is 0.30889. It shows that virulence polymorphism and molecular polymorphism was no significant correlation.5. When infect Mingxian 169, CYR32 and CYR33 have high parasitic fitness. And CYR32 has higher parasitic fitness than CYR33. |
