| With the rapid development of installation agriculture, industrial seedling has become the main way of greenhouse and open field cultivation of horticultural crops. The matrix quality determines the quality of factory seedling. Currently the research of nursery substrate main focus on the composition and ratio of raw materials, there are a few research of add biocontrol bacteria in common matrix to promote growth and the ability of disease resistance, but no have the research about add in biocontrol fungi, actinomyces and potassium humate to develop the functional activity matrix. To inoculate the biocontrol agents which have an effect of growth promoting and disease resistance in nursery substrate can promote the growth of plug seedlings, improve the disease resistance, but also the probiotic in nursery substrate can move into field or greenhouse with the transplantation of plug seedlings, keep a persistent control effect on soil-borne disease and continuous cropping obstacles. Humate was contained in potassium humate can provide carbon source and energy for biocontrol actinomyces and fungi, promote their growth and reproduction, has a beneficial effect to probiotics, meanwhile also can promote the breeding plant growth, improve the disease resistance. So functional bioactivity medium not only can promote crop growth, but also it is hopeful to prevent and reduce the soil-borne disease. In this study, we used the common matrix as raw materials, and inoculated the biocontrol actinomyces, biocontrol fungi and potassium humate, respective use melon, watermelon and cotton as test object, through plug seedling experiment, pot experiment and greenhouse experiment study the growth-promoting and disease resistance effect of biocontrol actinomyces, biocontrol fungi and potassium humate on melon, watermelon and cotton. The main results of this study were summarized as follows:(1) Using plug seedling method,functional bioactivity medium can increase the biomass of melon seedlings, promote the root development, enhance the photosynthesis and decrease the MDA content. â‘ The biomass were all higher than them in the control treatment, in actinomyces agent and potassium humate mixed treatment, Penicillium griseofulvum and potassium humate mixed treatment, the biomass of melon seedlings increased respectively by 39.5%, 19.4% compared with the control treatment. â‘¡The root length, root area, root diameter and root volume increased respectively by 46.7%, 44.5%, 13.3% and 64.7% in Penicillium griseofulvum and potassium humate mixed treatment compared with the control treatment. â‘¢The leaf area and leaf SPAD value were all increased in each treatment compared with the control treatment, in only Penicillium griseofulvum was inoculated, Penicillium griseofulvum and potassium huamte mixed treatment, the leaf area increased respectively by 36.7%, 86.4% compared with the control treatment, the leaf SPAD value increased respectively by 16.7%, 16.7% compared with the control treatment. Leaf net photosynthetic rate increased by 24.1% in Penicillium griseofulvum and potassium humate mixed treatment compared with the control treatment. â‘£No matter only applied biocontrol agent or potassium huamte or both them mixed, the leaf POD, PAL, PPO activity and MDA content were all lower than them in the control treatment, the leaf POD, PAL, PPO activity and MDA content decreased respectively by 56.5%, 11.8%, 25.6% and 31.3% in Penicillium griseofulvum and potassium humate mixed treatment compared with the control treatment. Appling biocontrol agent and potassium humate can promote the growth and root development of melon seedlings, improve the photosynthetic rate, decreased the MDA content, promote the quality of melon plug seedlings. The growth-promoting effect was more significant when the biocontrol actinomyces and Penicillium griseofulvum were mixed inoculated.(2) Using the functional bioactivity medium seeding melon and watermelon, then transplanted the seedings into greenhouse and applying biocontrol agent and potassium humate, this promote melon and watermelon’s growth and development, improve the yield and quality. â‘ In AF and CF treatment, the biomass of melon and wetermlon were significantly higher than in control treatment. â‘¡biocontrol agent and potassium humate combine application can enhance the photosynthesis of melon and watermelon in seedling stage, shown as the net photosynthetic rate, leaf area increased and chlorophyll were increased. â‘¢The chlorophyll, sugar degree, vitamin C content of melon and watermelon were respectively increased 5.6%, 9.1%, 15.4% and 33.4%, 5.1%, 17.8% in AF and CF treatment compared with the control treatment in harvest time. â‘£The POD, PAL, PPO activity of melon and watermelon seedlings were all decreased compare with the control treatment, and the root activity were increase 60.5%ã€4.9%å’Œ 10.6%ã€11.4% in AF and CF treatment. ⑤The yield of melon and watermelon were respectively increased 10.6%ã€30.7%å’Œ 10.5%ã€22.9% in AF and CF treatment compare with the control treatment.(3) Three strains of biocontrol actinomyces and one strain of biocontrol fungi have a good growth-promoting and disease resistance effect of cotton in the whole growth period. After applying A, C, Z13 and X4 four biocontrol agent, the net photosynthesis rate of the cotton seedlings were respectively increased 5.4%, 6.6%, 15.0% and 4.8%;the chlorophyll were respectively increased 9.5%, 18.7%, 13.2% and 7.9% compare with the control treatment. Show that the biocontrol agent can improve the photosynthesis capacity. â‘¡The PPO activity of cotton seedlings were increased 3.9%, 186.3%, 0 and 90.2%, MDA content were decreased 16.7%, 5.6%,11.1% and 16.7% in the four biocontrol agent treatment compare with the control treatment. â‘¢Applying the four kinds of biocontrol agent can the aerial part weight, root weight and total weight of cotton in seedling stage and harvest stage. â‘£After applying the four kinds of biocontrol agent, the percentage of withered leaves were all decreased, the height and diameter of cotton plant were all increased. The cotton plant height and diameter were respectively increased 53.9% and 16.0%, the percentage of withered leaves were decreased 87.9% in C treatment compare with the control treatment. ⑤In the four treatment, the yield of cotton were respectively increased 8.5%, 24.2%, 1.1% and 22.6% compare with the control treatment.(4) Three strains of biocontrol actinomyces and one strain of biocontrol fungi respectively applying with potassium humate can promote cotton growth and improve disease resistance. â‘ Biocontrol agent and potassium humate combine application can increased the cotton biomass, promote the leaf chlorophyll and improve the photosynthesis rate in seedling stage. â‘¡Cotton seedling leaves PPO activity respectively increased 89.2%, 82.4%, 165.7%, 37.3% and 92.2%; the MDA content respectively decreased 16.7%, 27.8%, 16.7%, 16.7% and 16.7% in F, AF, ZF, XF and CF treatment compare with the control treatment. â‘¢The harvest stage biomass of cotton were all increased, the percentage of withered leaves were respectively decreased 57.7%, 47.9%, 61.0%, 43.0% and 79.4% in five treatment compare with the control treatment. â‘£The in harvest stage were all significant increased in the five treatment, and in XF treatment, the height and diameter of cotton plant were increased 41.4% and 13.6% compare with the control treatment. The yield of cotton were respectively increased 34.8%, 35.9%, 28.7%, 61.6% and 26.3% in the five treatment compare with the control treatment. Show that signal use potassium humate or the four kinds biocontrol agent and potassium humate combine application can promote cotton growth, improve disease resistance, delay agin and increase yield. |
