CYP4A11 is one of the important members of the cytochrome P450 subfamily, and participates in the physiological function of the body. Studies have shown that the main role of CYP4A11 synthase is to make the arachidonic acid Omega oxidation and its metabolites are 20-HETE, it is a vasoconstrictor, plays an important role in regulating blood pressure lifting process, has become an important candidate genes for hypertensiona; The expression of CYP4A11 gene in the cow has contributed to the differentiation and fat deposition of adipocytes. From this, we can infer that CYP4A11 gene can be used as a candidate gene for regulating lipid differentiation. At present, the research on the CYP4A11 gene is mainly carried on the human and the mice, and also seldom reported at home and abroad. The present study is the use of molecular markers to screen three cattle breeds polymorphic loci and genetic variation analysis. We are hoping to provide basic data for the early selection of beef cattle. The main contents:(1) Genetic polymorphism of CYP4A11 gene in three cattle populations and its population genetic analysis4 mutations of CYP4A11 gene were detected: G. AC000160.1: 4309 G > A(SNP1), G. 4479 G > T(SNP2), G>C g.7490(SNP3), T>C g.13189(SNP4). The mutation of T>C g.13189 site was synonymous, and the change of CYP4A11 protein sequence was not caused,Genetic polymorphism(Ex-He, Ne and PIC) showed that 4 polymorphic loci of CYP4A11 gene were moderate polymorphism in three cattle populations, and the polymorphism information was rich, and the breeding potential was large.(2)Haplotype and linkage disequilibrium of CYP4A11 gene in three cattle populationsHaplotype analysis revealed that different varieties of haplotype frequency distribution laws, Qinchuan cattle haplotypes are the fewest, followed by Red Steppe, Jinnan cattle most. The results of linkage disequilibrium analysis show that the three cattle breeds are very similar, and the degree of linkage between them is relatively low.(3) Association analysis between polymorphisms of CYP4A11 gene and growth traits in three cattle populationsthe g. 4309 G > A site have significant effects on Rump length of jinnan cattle(P < 0.05),g. 4479 G > T loci have obvious effect on body weight, body length, high cross department of qinchuan cattle(P < 0.05), and have obvious effect on body weight of the grassland red bull(P < 0.05); G. 7490 G> C locus have significant effects on body length and high cross department of qinchuan cattle(P < 0.05), and have extremely significant effect on the chest girth and body length of grassland red bull(P < 0.05), and has a significant effect on the chest(P < 0.01); G. 13189 T > C locus has remarkable effect on the body height and body weight of grassland red bull(P < 0.05).
