Soil is the basis of agroforestry, which is closely related to the development of agroforestry. Salinification makes effects on the quality of the soil, which dues to too much alkali and salt in the soil. Salinization destroys the movement of water and salt balance, changes the soil structure, makes the oil bulk density increase, diminishes the gaps and water permeability, then makes the soil harden and fertility decline, which seriously affects the growth of plants to destroy ecological balance. Saline alkali soil is also important. It is difficult to deal with saline alkali soil. Experts all over the world are trying to solve it.This research aims at improving the soil quality by microbial fertilizer. First select strains from faeces of topsoil, then after enrichment culture and selection, there are four salt tolerance strains, which can grow under 20g/L salinity, NY-5、NY-16、NY-35、NY-41. Then they are tested by the morphological, physiological and biochemical identification and 16SrRNA sequential analysis to ensure species.They are Bacillus megaterium NY5, Bacillus subtilistNY16, Saccharomyces NY41 and Pseudomona spNY35. Conduct microbiological breeding by He-Ne laser mutagenesis, get four strains who are genetic stably and Salt-tolerant:NY5-HN、NY16-HN、NY35-HN、NY41-HN. And compound these strains with LAB, the optimum ratio was 2:2:1:1:1. Then obtain the optimum fermentation conditions by single factor and orthogonal design:feeding moister content 50%, inoculum concentration2%, through oxygen one time every three days,fermentation time 20days.Practice the microbial fertilizer into fields,research on the influence on the growth of corns and lucerne. The result shows that indexes of all stripes of the soil improve. Compared with the control group, the rate of germination, plant height and yield of corns increase by 24%,23.1%, and 40.6%. And the rate of germination, plant height and yield of lucerne increase by 29.9%,33% and 60.2%. Microbial fertilizer can improve the soil quality.
