Amygdalus triloba f. multiplex are early and, long flowering with large flowers and bright color, as well as widely planted, resistance of drought and strong adaptability thus they were used as ornamental landscape planting The research on flowers of Amygdalus triloba f. multiplex would have an important economic value for its utilization. In this paper, using flowers of Amygdalus triloba f. multiplex as sample and study on proteins in using flowers of Amygdalus triloba f. Multiplex were carried out.(1) The extracting and determining technics for protein from flowers of Amygdalus triloba f. multiplex, were studied. The ultrasonic extraction was used to extract protein from flowers of Amygdalus triloba f. multiplex, the spectrophotometric method was used to determined protein content. By the single factor experiment and orthogonal experimental design. The results were obtained as followings:the sodium dihydrogen phosphate extract was pH = 7.0, ultrasonic power was 500 w, ultrasonic temperature was 30 ℃, liquid ratio of spake (mL/g), ultrasonic time was 120 min, three times ultrasonic frequency. In the process to extract the proteins from the bud period, early flowering, maturity flowering and late flowering, its yield were 6.810 mg/g,8.425 mg/g and 13.237 mg/g and 5.150 mg/g.(2) The method for determining protein were developed by high performance capillary electrophoresis (short as HPCE). The optimum conditions were inrestigated and the results were as follows:buffer solution was disodium hydrogen phosphate with pH = 2.5, and concentration of 30mmol/L, injection time was 5s with the pressure of 50 mbar, voltage was 8 kV, detection wave length was 254nm, and the temperature is 25 ℃.(3) Under the optimum conditions of HPCE method, DNAase, RNAas and cytochrome C in Flowers of Amygdalus triloba f. Multiplex were determined for four different flowering periods and the results indicated that the flowers would be highly utilized maturity flowering.
