This study aimed to investigate the spring and summer Dietary complex water-soluble vitamins affect the production performance of dairy cows, blood physiological and biochemical and antioxidant properties. By feeding trials on feed intake, milk production, milk composition, physiological and biochemical blood antioxidant performance indicators were analyzed for complex water-soluble vitamins in different seasons to provide a theoretical basis for application in the production of dairy cows.Experiments using 2×2 factor randomized block design,(1) the season: spring and summer,(2) water-soluble vitamins added or not: add 1 said, do not add 0. Select parity, similar weight 80 healthy adult cows were randomly divided into four groups(Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ). Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ group were fed the basal diet, Ⅰ, Ⅱ group did not add water-soluble vitamins, Ⅲ, Ⅳ group of water-soluble vitamin supplements, pre-test period 7 d, the experimental period 70 d. The results showed: diet supplemented with water-soluble vitamins significantly increased feed intake, milk yield(P<0.01), significantly increased the content of milk fat, non-fat solids, reducing the number(P<0.05) cells; in spring lymphocyte ratio significantly increased the total number of granulocytes and granulocyte ratio was significantly reduced the number of intermediate cells and lymphocyte ratio(P<0.05). In summer, significantly increased content of milk protein, T-AOC content increased granulocyte cell number, the total number of platelets and the average volume, significantly reduced GSH levels(P<0.05), a significant decrease in hemoglobin concentration, increased platelet hematocrit and platelet large cell ratio(P<0.01). In spring and summer, add a complex water-soluble vitamins diet for dairy cows hemoglobin, hematocrit and hemoglobin levels have interaction effect(P<0.05).In summary, spring, summer diet supplemented with complex water-soluble vitamins to improve feed intake of dairy cows, milk production, improve oxidation resistance and improve immunity.
