At present, The status of orchard in China is over dependent pesticides and fertilizers to improve the fruit output. As a result, a series of environmental problems and food safety issues are caused for example water pollution, acidification of soil compaction, the content of organic matter is lower and lower. In order for the waste of resources in the rational use of fruit trees to find a new way, and in order to increase the storage capacity of the orchard, to improve the ecological structure of the soil, surface structures of the present study simulated primeval forest, discusses covering manure sawdust compost substrate(CSC), cow dung compost bark substrate(CBC), chicken manure sawdust compost substrate(FSC), bark compost substrate(FBC), spent mushroom compost substrate(SMC), beer sludge compost substrate(BSC) six different organic compost matrix surface coverage and the same kind of organic waste compost substrate mulching different years influence on soil, fruit trees in the orchard surface, used in the test compost after the substrate temperature aerobic decomposing process, the surface of the substrate under a tree covered ridge.The results showed that organic compost coverage can significantly reduce the surface(0-20cm) soil bulk density, soil loose and increase ventilation. The surface of the substrate inhibition rate of weed cover more than 98%, the highest rate of sludge compost to soil moisture, water conservation best, followed by chicken bark compost matrix, most times the mushroom residue. Improved coverage area has increased significantly compared to all aspects of soil nutrient content CK region, where CBC, CSC two treatments on soil organic matter, total nitrogen, available K,P content increased and obvious. In the soil of three enzymes, catalase, urease difference in general, and invertase treatment to CBC, CSC groups handle the most obvious. Integrated fruit quality in all aspects, the smaller FBC, FSC, CBC,CSC four treatments were better than CK, but up to 20% to 30%, while the SMC, BSC two groups is not very obvious. Root activity in the order of CBC> CSC> FBC> FSC>BSC> SMC> CK.With increasing years of compost matrix covering each treatment compared to CK, soil organic matter content has been significantly improved. With the increase of number of years of coverage, three soil organic matter gradually increase, 88.25 percent, 130.93 percent,187.89 percent respectively higher than the control group CK. The three groups of treatment,showed a significant increase in nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium content, and in the most obvious effect of 0-20 cm soil. three sets of processing fruit weight were 35.96%, 44.06%,85.09% higher than CK. The soluble solids did not change significantly. In the test process in the three groups, only the three years large a group and the control CK gap.
