| Sweet potatoes, often called crop like potassium and sensitize chlorine. Applying potash fertilizer can increase yield of sweet potato. As an important one of the fertilizer, K regulates the quality of the crops in the planting process of sweet potato in essential. Potassium chloride was supplied for potassium fertilizer. With the development of China’s industrial soda and Saline Lake in Qinghai, the by-products of NH4Cl and KCl as fertilizer raw materials have been widely used. Compared with potassium sulfate that is commonly used in agricultural production, potassium chloride has higher in potassium, low price advantage. In this paper containing chloride fertilizer instead of potassium sulfate fertilizer in the process of sweet potato production test and explore the alternative possibility, and seek potassium chloride the best application amount,which has important significance in agricultural production.The results are as follows:1. Under the field condition, the effects of different potassium chloride on yield and quality of four sweet potato were studied. Through the determination of single potato weight, numberof tubers per plant and yield index, found that application of potassium chloride can significantly improve the sweet potato yield. Under the condition of this experiment is potassium chloride suitable dosage for 12.50-18.75kg/667m2, more than the threshold value after application of potassium chloride on the yield of sweet potato the enhancing effect of weakening.2. The four kinds of sweet potato shoot and root dry matter accumulation were measured under field conditions, results show that chloride potassium fertilizer The amount of potassium chloride could promote the accumulation of dry matter in the leaves of sweet potato.And it also has a certain threshold. When KCl was less than the threshold, dry the material accumulation of stem and leaf was the most increased dramatically. Exceeding the threshold, it is weakened that KCl increase the dry matter accumulation of sweet potato stem and leaf. The results were consistent with the yield changes of sweet potato.3. The quality index of sweet potato tuber were measured. Results show that, with the increase of potassium chloride application amount, starch content of Sweetpotato showed a single peak trend first increased and then decreased. Results in the effect of the soluble sugar content showed that KCl could increase the soluble sugar content. For the determination of soluble protein content, the results showed that protein content of sweet potato decreased with the increase of potassium chloride,was no significant difference including T3, T4, and T5 etc. Chlorine fertilizer on soluble sugar content of sweet potato have improved, but when the chlorine content exceeds a certain value, soluble sugar content of sweet potato root improving effect was weakened.The soluble amylose of two kinds of sweet potato,amylopectin and total starch content were significantly higher and maximum under the condition of T3.4. This paper studied through the research of chloride under pot condition influence with two kinds of sweet potato, the results showed:Two kinds of sweet potato tuber number varied. Tuber weight, weight per plant and yield increased first and then decreased. The yield of Xushu22 was the maximum when the K3 was treated, and the yield of the Shangshu19 potato tuber reached the maximum when K4 was treated, and the yield of the tuber increased by 40% and 65% compared with the control Kl. The quality indexes were determined. The results showed that in the harvest of sweet potato the soluble starch content showed a downward trend line. At the same time, soluble sugar and soluble protein content decreased significantly.5. To study the effects of different potassium chloride by calcium and magnesium resistance under hydroponic conditions enzyme activity index. The results showed:it can be promoted the growth of sweet potato seedlings in the chloride ion concentration is lower than the 21.1mmol/L. When the chloride ion concentration is higher than 84.4mmol/L, the sweet potato in the body effect of POD activity was relatively small, and differences in changes of CAT activity and MDA content of sweet potato is not obvious, that of chloride ion in the tolerance of sweet potato. However, the SOD activity of the two sweet potato varieties were different, which showed that the chlorine tolerance of different varieties of sweet potato was different. |
