Layout Design And Simulation Of The Plant Factory In Wuchang Jingtian

Emergence of plant factory, to solve this major problem due to restrictive environment of traditional agriculture so that have a little influencing by environmental factors. the production of plant factory crops have a very strong planning and crop have a high degree of automation from sowing to harvest even the whole production process. So it has become the focus of research in recent years of facility agriculture. However, plant layout is reasonable or not directly determines the product quality, production efficiency and economic benefits. Therefore, A good manufacturing process and reasonable production layout of the plant factory can have a significant impact on the productivity and economic benefits of the production system about the plant factory. However, the production process and production layout and planning is reasonable or not will need to verify the experimental object thensuccessfully demonstrated. So the use of computer simulation of plant factory production process and layout, can make the production system of each link can be well reflected in the simulation system, to discover and solve the problem, save a lot of energy and cost.Based on the theoretical system of the plant factory, factory layout optimization, system modeling and simulation to the Wuchang Modern Agriculture plant factory as the research object, we do the following aspects of the work:(1) reading a lot of references about the domestic and foreign research direction and content of the plant factory, the development status and research methods of plant layout and the application in production system about modeling and simulation, I get the research questions and the implementation plan and technical route are determined according to the theory.(2) the object of study to collect data, I obtain a series of original data. Combined with the data, the production status of plant factory are described, and making the plant layout, finding out the existing problems.(3) According to the problem of plant factory production system, combined with the theory of knowledge, I use the process analysis method to improve the production process, using SLP to improve the shortcomings of the production layout.(4) I get the modeling and simulation process, and then the production process and layout are simulated by using modeling and simulation software base on witness. I carry on the contrast analysis for the simulation data. I establish the production system of cost analysis model, and compare the cost before and after the simulation data and analysis,the effectiveness and feasibility of the improved plant operation are verified.Made in this research results can make Wuchang mine plant factory facility layout and operation environment to further improve, improve the production efficiency and increase crop yield and fruit quality. At the same time, the optimized model of this research has certain theoretical and practical value for the construction and facility layout of plant factory in North China.
