The application of N, P, K is one of the important cultivation measures in soybean production, which not only promotes the growth of soybean but also provides a nutrient demand for weeds growth, which impacts the biodiversity of weed and its community succession further.Inducing DREB3 which coded drought-resistant gene, a drought-resistant soybean was created. This is an important practical method for solving the production problem of reduce production and quality caused by drought in soybean. In the agricultural ecosystem, soybeans and weeds influence each other, and continue to compete nutrients, light, water and other environmental resources to form the final yield. Long-term fertilization may cause the change of soil nutrients, and also lead to the interactional relationship change between crops and weeds, and then influence the biodiversity of weeds. However, most studies were only about the impact of long-term fertilization on soybean growth and yield, only a few relevant researches are reported about competition between weeds and soybean on light, nutrient and moisture after the application of different kinds of nutrient.Based on the effects on weed species, quantity and density changes after application of N, P, K at sowing time in this research, we studied the possible changes in light, nutrient, water, nodule nitrogenase activities, and nutrient uptake caused by changes in weeds quantity aiming at providing basic data in using scientific fertilization to improve competitive relationship between droughtresistant soybeans genetically and weeds to realize the effective control of weeds quantity in transgenic drought-resistant soybean fields, and enhance competitive advantage of light, nutrients, and other resources for transgenic drought-resistant soybeans, environmental safety assessment and making sure to use the drought-resistant soybean safely. The results are as follows:1.Application of N fertilizer has the greatest influence on weeds in the quantity and the density in transgenic drought-resistant soybean field. N, P and K cooperated application in promoting the growth of t transgenic drought-resistant soybean at the same time, reducing the number of weed.2.The influence degree of N, P, K and cooperated application on light intensity under the transgenic soybean weeds competition are N>P=K>CK and N-P-K>N-P>CK.3.The influence degree of N, P, K and cooperated application on the soil moisture under the transgenic soybean weeds competition are P>N=K>CK and N-P-K>N-P>CK.4. The influence degree of N, P, K and cooperated application on the nitrogenase under the transgenic soybean weeds competition are P>K=CK>N and CK>N-P>N-P-K.5.The influence degree of N, P, K cooperated application on total nitrogen under the transgenic soybean weeds competition are N-P-K>N-P>CK, the influence degree of total phosphorus are N-P>N-P-K>CK, the influence degree of total potassium are N-P-K>N-P=CK and the influence degree of total N,P,K in weeds are CK>N-P =N-P-K6.The influence degree of N, P, K and cooperated application on soil organic matte under thetransgenic soybean weeds competition are P=K>N=CK, the influence degree of soil alkaline hydrolysis N are N>P>K>CK, the influence degree of soil available P are P>N=K>CK, the influence degree of soil slowly available K are K>N=P>CK And the influence degree of N, P, K cooperated application on soil fertility are N-P-K>N-P>CK.
