Neoseiulus barkeri (Hughes,1948) that is applied and promoted widely at present is one of predatory mites with the best control efficiency. It has an important value of applications to prevent pests and injurious mites for crops and trees. Improving the speed of propagation of Tyrophagus putrescentiae and N. Barkeri through a variety of methods can help resolve various problems occurred in the transport and storage as well as applications of prevention for N. Barkeri. This thesis preliminarily discusses the impact of population proliferation and starvation tolerance about additional nutrients Amino Acids of valine, leucine, methionine, threonine, histidine, serine, arginine, isoleucine, phenylalanine on Tyrophagus putrescentiae in an experimental setting. Also, it analyzes the effect of various physiological functions on N. Barkeri. The main test results are as follows:1ã€Nine kinds of amino acids with the content of 1% in the condition of indoor experimental (T:28℃,80% RH, L:D= 16:8h), added to the wheat bran. Additional nutrients of valine, leucine, methionine, threonine and histidine can improve the maximum number of population and promote population growth of Tyrophagus putrescentiae. But there is no significance in adding the nutrient of serine, arginine, isoleucine, phenylalanine. Among them, The most significant effect is the one adding valine,The maximum number of population can reach 27611.3±2316.973 head. And adding these five amino acids can extend the time of the resistance to hunger 12-24h.2ã€Using the Five kinds of amino acids which can promote the population growth of Tyrophagus putrescentiae was continued to add these five kinds of amino acids to raise 2-3 generations of N. Barkeri. Then, the test results show that adding these five amino acids can extend the time of the resistance to hunger 12-48h. With the certain change of high and low temperatures in some acclimatization, the death rate of N. Barkeri which were fed by leucine, histidine and threonine were reduced by 42% and 24% compared to the CK at 40℃. Five kinds of amino acids added improved the cold resistance of N. Barkeri in varying degrees. At the same time, the death rate of N. Barkeri which was fed by adding leucine and histidine had dropped by 30% compared to the CK at 0℃.3ã€In a certain range of food density, adding the nutrition of Amino acids made a difference on the feeding amount of N. Barkeri to Tyrophagus putrescentiae.Adding histidine can help N. Barkeri prey on Tyrophagus putrescentiae significantly, the predatory ability were increased by 76.96% compared to the CK. N. Barkeri which were fed by adding these five kinds of Amino acids, the curve of function response of N. Barkeri to Tyrophagus putrescentiae all fell in Hulling â…¡,which is still the typical invertebrates convex type curve.4ã€After adding the nutrition of Amino acids, the test results of the resistance of N. Barkeri to acaricide show that methionine and valine can increase the resistance of N. Barkeri to clofentezine by 27.87% å’Œ 14.84%;Adding Valine, leucine, methionine and histidine can increase the resistance of the N. Barkeri to pyridaben, the resistance index respectively is 1.0928timesã€1.0352timesã€1.2592times and 1.1571times. |
