Apple is an important part in fruit industry structure in China, with the rapid development of economy, the apple industry in the aspect of increasing farmers’ income is more and more highlighted, and the local agricultural economic benefit is raised at the same time. Furrow fertilization in horticulture production management has a pivotal role. Fertilization is reasonable or not directly affects the fruit yield and fruit quality. As the planting area is expanding and the rising cost of labor, ditching orchard mechanization is the inevitable trend of future development. Orchard ditcher furrow fertilization will reduce the labor force by using orchard ditcher, and improve the working efficiency, and guarantee the quality of trenching. Based on the short anvil trenching density orchard(Baoding shunping three-excellent garden) requirements, through the design of the composite transmission in trenching work units to achieve orchards tractor trenching operation with crawling gear.1. According to short anvil density orchard cultivation mode and gardening expert operation requirements for orchard furrow fertilization, trenching for operating units combined transmission system overall design: trenching operating units including tractor and ditcher, determine the structure scheme of furrowing combined drive, namely trenching work combined transmission structure include belt drive, gear drive and chain drive According to the different work environment design ditcher gearbox transmission route, and calculate and determine the total transmission ratio is 27.83. Using Matlab to center distance of the gearbox shaft and the minimum to optimize the design and build three-dimensional model based on ditching machine optimization results, theoretically in close planting dwarf apple orchard anvil crawling speed ditching fertilizer operations is achieved.2. Gear transmission system simulation model is built and analyzed by using ADAMS, the simulation shows that: the impact force in the gear transmission process is relatively large, and need to further finite element analysis.3. Gear transmission efficiency is high and transmission is accurate, the gear transmission is the key part of combination transmission system. The analysis shows that in the gear meshing process, the material of 20 Gr Mn Ti can meet the requirements of the gear contact fatigue and bend fatigue strength, safety factor reached 1.3 and gear transmission maximum bending fatigue stress occurs in the gear root 65779 node, the maximum gear contact should force in gear 1 73091 node, initially to determine the correctness of the structure model of gear transmission system.4. In the combination of the transmission process, if the critical speed gear operating speed consistent with its own structure or close to, the gear transmission resonance phenomenon will occur, in combination drive the design process to avoid resonance geared to ensure that the combination of the life of the transmission system. Gear transmission structure modes and frequencies is analyzed by using ABAQUS, by calculating the critical speed and vibration frequency, checking gear resonance phenomenon does not occur in an operational state, verify the reasonableness of the gear transmission system.5.Through the prototype experiment, measurement data show that the combination of transmission system design is reasonable, meet the design requirements of orchard furrow fertilization in gardening.
