Sludge contains a lot of organic matter, N, P, K and other nutrients, so it has the great value of agricultural. But sewage sludge also contain a variety of heavy metals, organic pollutants, a large number of pathogens, parasite eggs, bacteria and other toxic pollutants. These are the main factors that limit the sludge using for agricultural. Because of the addition of UV light in ozone ultraviolet combined treatment process, ozone can produce stronger oxidation ability of-OH, which can enhance the ability to the oxidation of organic matter, to achieve better treatment effect. Anaerobic sludge nutrient forms may change in the process of O3/UV treatment.This study explores the content of nitrogen and phosphorus removal in anaerobic sludge, under different treatment time with Ozone aeration and O3/UV treatment. Using anaerobic sludge nutrient solution hydroponics gynura cusimbua, in order to explore the influence of biomass, quality index, safety indicator in gynura cusimbua which was hydroponics with anaerobic sludge nutrient solution treated by O3/UV.(1) Effect of O3/UV pretreatment on nitrogen form and content. After treatment only using O3 for 2.5 h, total nitrogen(TN), total Kjeldahl nitrogen(TKN), particulate total nitrogen(PTN), particulate organic nitrogen(PON), ammonium nitrogen(NH4+-N) and nitrite nitrogen(NO2--N) in anaerobic sewage sludge decreased by 4.33%, 11.20%, 38.73%, 38.39%, 34.62%, and 100.00%, respectively; The concentration of soluble total nitrogen(DTN), soluble organic nitrogen(DON) and nitrate nitrogen(NO3--N) increased by 7.60%, 135.78% and 856.69%, respectively. After treatment using O3/UV for 2.5 h, total nitrogen(TN), total Kjeldahl nitrogen(TKN), particulate total nitrogen(PTN), particulate organic nitrogen(PON), ammonium nitrogen(NH4+-N) and nitrite nitrogen(NO2--N) in anaerobic sewage sludge decreased by 9.64%, 17.45%, 54.85%, 54.43%, 43.12% and 100.00%, respectively; The concentration of soluble total nitrogen(DTN), soluble organic nitrogen(DON) and nitrate nitrogen(NO3--N) increased by 6.04%, 156.60% and 965.75%, respectively.(2) Effect of O3/UV pretreatment on phosphorus form and content. After treatment only using O3 for 2.5 h, Total phosphorus(TP), total organic phosphorus(TOP), soluble total phosphorus(DTP), soluble inorganic phosphorus(DIP) and particulate organic phosphorus(POP) in anaerobic sewage sludge had decreased by 4.42%, 3.62%, 22.84%, 38.17% and 20.22%, respectively; the concentration of particulate total phosphorus(PTP), particulate inorganic phosphorus(PIP) and soluble organic phosphorus(DOP) had increased by 9.22%, 42.84% and 120.64%, respectively. After treatment using O3/UV for 2.5 h, Total phosphorus(TP), total organic phosphorus(TOP), soluble total phosphorus(DTP), soluble inorganic phosphorus(DIP) and particulate organic phosphorus(POP) in anaerobic sewage sludge had decreased by 6.63%, 7.46%, 33.75%, 51.61% and 26.23%, respectively; the concentration of particulate total phosphorus(PTP), particulate inorganic phosphorus(PIP) and soluble organic phosphorus(DOP) had increased by 13.44%, 58.91% and 133.94%, respectively.(3) Effect of hydroponics on Gynura Cusimbua by using sludge pretreat with O3/UV. Compared with Hoagland’s nutrient solutio, After O3/UV treatment of anaerobic sludge hydroponic G. cusimbuaa will increase the content of soluble protein, Vc, chlorophyll, Cu and Zn; decrease the above-ground fresh weight, root fresh weight, single plant number of leaves and plant height. But compared with raw sewage suldge, after O3/UV treatment of anaerobic sludge hydroponic G. cusimbuaa will increase the above-ground fresh weight, content of Cu and Zn, which is increase with the treat time extension; decrease the content of Vc, chlorophyll, soluble protein and he number of fecal coliform bacteria, which is decrease with the treat time extension. weather the anaerobic sludge is treated with O3/UV has no significantly influent the root fresh weight, single plant number of leaves and plant height.
