At present,Although has achieved large-scale artificial cultivation, the breeding measures are not good, while endophytic bacteria is a kind of important microbial resources commonly found in plants, some endophytic bacteria play an important role in plant growth and development.. The relationship between white and endophytic bacteria, white and growth, and the relationship between white and medicinal components were rare.The premise of these studies is the isolation and identification of endophytic bacteria.Based on this, we have carried out this research.The experimental study of Rhizoma bletillae materials were taken from the white and cultivated garden in the Research Institute of medicinal plant cultivation in Chongqing city, will plant fresh back to the laboratory, select the growth healthy white and clean, the root, stem, stem and leaf of four parts of the organization block, after 75% alcohol and 0.1% Hg Cl2 disinfection of surfaces, respectively, then the PDA and mea(maltose medium), CS(Czapek medium), LB culture medium.The research showed that 71 endophytic fungi strains and 23 endophytic bacterial strains were isolated from the tissue block, The endophytic fungi were isolated from 25, 20, 20 and 6 from the root, leaf, stem and stem block. After the identification of morphology and molecular biology, 19 kinds of endophytic fungi were identified, including 3 species belonging to 10 genera and Fusarium.Dialogue and endophytic bacteria to antibacterial activity assays and found a strain of students(b9) bacteria of Bacillus subtilis and Escherichia coli with antibacterial activity.
