Wood drying is the major energy consumers of the production of wood products, energy saving and environmental protection is the main direction of the research of wood drying, solar energy heat pump drying to both environmental protection and energy saving and drying rate, but the combination of simple combination drying method and can not take the advantages of combine drying. This paper has carried out the dry research of the combination of solar water source heat pump and drying, and can further improve the energy saving rate..This paper introduces the solar source heat pump combined drying system, test the main part of the system and to optimize the control logic of the collector, simulate the medium flow in the drying kiln, optimize the design of the internal structure of drying kiln. The test results show that the solar heating coefficient of the heat exchanger is 8.49,41.8% thermal efficiency, air source heat pump out of the wind temperature of 55 degrees, the heating coefficient of 2.8, water source heat pump out wind temperature of 67 degrees, heating coefficient 3.8 respectively in solar and water source heat pump mode were drying experiment, the energy consumption of drying system test.In order to reduce energy consumption, design experimental study of different drying stage bypass rate and wind speed on the impact of energy saving ratio, the moisture content in the 60%-40% phase, the bypass ratio of 0.3 fan speed of 2.5m/s, when the moisture content is 40%-30%, the bypass ratio is 1, the wind speed is 2.5m/s, the moisture content for the 30%-25% stage, the bypass ratio is 1.81, the wind speed is 2.5m/s. When the moisture content is 25%-20%, the bypass ratio is 2.56, the wind speed is 2.5m/s, the moisture content in the 20%-15% phase, no dampness, wind speed is 1.5m/s, the water content below 15%, no dampness, wind speed is 1m/s.The experimental results show that the application of unified benchmark, drying, combined drying than in the optimized process without drying process optimization of energy saving of 14.6%, compared with the traditional drying cycle is only 47.5%, extension 8.89%.
