EN-1 Stabilizer, a kind of diluted non-toxic and non-polluting polymer composite, which is composed of strong oxidant, solvent precipitant and dispersing agent. It can enhance cohesive force between soil particles and increase the content of water-stable aggregates so as to maintain the lasting stability of soil structure. Due to the surface of the crisscross area of soil under soaking rain erosion, flood and water washing will produce a lot of loss, these high fertile soil severely restricts the vegetati on recovary process. So, by adding curing agent EN-1 soil, soil and water conservation measures, pre vention and control of soil erosion, water and land ecotone vegetation recovery is the important way. In this thesis, aiming to Lijiang river riparian ecotones, the effects of EN-1 Stabilizer mix proportion, maintaining period and compactness factor on soil impact resistance, collapse resistance and flooding density mechanics were studied by using laboratory soil trials and pot experiments trails. Meanwhile, the effects of EN-1 Stabilizer (mix proportion at 0.00%、0.10%、0.20%、0.30%and 0.50%) and adjuvant lime(0.30% Dry soil mass ratio) on Soil pH value, Water-soluble chemical composition, N03-N and NH4+-N, Soil hydrolase(Glycosidase. Chitinase and acid phosphatase) and activity of oxidoreductases(Phenol oxidase and peroxidase) and effects of adjuvant lime on plant growth was studied to ensure soil resistance and the EN-1 Stabilizer mix proportion, maintaining period and compactness factor. This study provides a theoretical basis of soil and water conservation and vegetation restoration process in Lijiang river riparian ecotones. The results show that as follows:(1) The use of EN-1 Stabilizer can improve soil impact resistance, collapse resistance and flooding density mechanics. When the mix proportion of EN-1 Stabilizer reached 0.30% or more, the collapse and sediment yield of the stabilized soil had the relative less amount in the trails. When the maintaining period reached 7d or more, the abilities of soil impact resistance and collapse resistance achieved good performance. When the compactness factor reached 0.90 or more, the effect of soil collapse resistance performed well. But with consideration of plant growth, the collapse resistance could be set at 0.85 and 0.30% adjuvant lime.(2) The pH value of Stabilized soil decrease with the increase of Stabilizer amount. And the pH value of Stabilized soil with adjuvant lime is higher than without adjuvant lime part at each mix proportion. It appears that 0.30% adjuvant lime can neutralizes acidity of Stabilizer so as to adjust the action of soil pH value. EN-1 Stabilizer belongs to organic solution, its incorporation can also make the amount of water soluble organic carbon in soil water soluble total nitrogen increased.(3) The activity of acid phosphatase increase and the activity of peroxidase decrease respectively in soil with increasing amount of Stabilizer. And the activity of Soil hydro las e(G lycos id as e, Chitinase and acid phosphatase) will be improved when adding well-proportioned Stabilizer. But when adding excessive amount of EN-1 Stabilizer, three kinds of enzyme activity will be crimped. Based on 0.30% adjuvant lime, when adding different proportion of EN-1 Stabilizer, five kinds of enzyme activity were firstly improved and then crimped. Especially the max activity of five enzyme have not the same Stabilizer level.(4) The plant biomass firstly increased and then decreased with Stabilizer mix proportion increase under the situations of with and without adjuvant lime. And the best Stabilizer mix proportion is 0.30% and 0.20% when with and without adjuvant lime respectively.
