Our country is a large agricultural country, but fewer people and more have become increasingly prominent in a limited area of arable land use, requires rational use of resources, the development of efficient agriculture. The key development is the scientific cultivation of agricultural crops, crop growth is good or bad depends on the nature arable land. Arable land determines the soil tillage practices, time and quality, through the arable farmland analysis, pointed out that farming limiting factors, which targeted to take land remediation measures to improve farming conditions, and improve farming quality and efficiency. The nature of the demand for land for different crops have some differences, can improve arable land remediation appropriate level.In this paper, the Hongmo Town Xide county land remediation projects as the research content, select a representative to class three(paddy fields, dry land and wasteland) to focus on subjects in the study area were its land consolidation and land before finishing of arable sexual conduct analysis, comparison, evaluation, aimed at understanding around arable land consolidation differences.Depth analysis of natural conditions and social environmental conditions of the study area, according to regional characteristics guarantee rate selected irrigation, drainage conditions, the degree of soil erosion, soil organic matter content, surface outcrops of rock, surface soil texture, soil pH, effective soil depth, topography slope, altitude, crop planting rate, transportation network connectivity, water network density index, population carrying capacity and crop net coefficient 15 indicators as evaluation factors. This 15 indicators has been summarized into water conditions, soil conditions, farming and social conditions 4 major elements. Between interrelated factors affect each other. AHP for feature layer and layer weights factor determination, the establishment of arable assessment index system.Through the study area were collected before and after land remediation literature survey and remote sensing data, extract the properties of indicators before and after the change of arable land consolidation, on behalf of the arable Measurement and analysis of the index system, concluded: Land Science consolidation on land arable degree significantly improved evaluation system to carry out the land remediation work to provide a theoretical basis, from the analysis of the factors limiting the improvement of land quality and effective factors affect farming.
