Viral tumors are more common in chickens, resulting in decreased performance and increased mortality of chicken. Bring huge economic losses to the poultry industry. With the development of molecular mechanisms of tumor and the anti-tumor vaccine discovery, the most important problem is clean chicken virus,and we should solved it, with the understanding of the mechanism of tumor depth, the important role of heat shock proteins in tumorigenesis is gradually revealed. Heat shock protein 90α(Hsp90α) is a chaperone protein that can assist protein folding and maintain a variety of intracellular signal transduction,thereby, promoting cell survival and growth. In 2009, Zhang Luo, Tsinghua University, his team announced the world’s first human tumor cell-specific regulation mechanisms secreted Hsp90α, and at the first time revealed differences of the Hsp90α intracellular and extracellular molecules Hsp90α the difference. The team is further evidence of secreted Hsp90α can promote tumor invasion and metastasis, and its content and the degree of malignancy in blood positive correlation. After a number of clinical trials have demonstrated successful Hsp90αhuman lung cancer tumor markers that can be used to monitor and evaluate the efficacy of the patient’s condition. However, the relationship between tumor disease and poultry Hsp90α has no clear conclusion. This conclusion is late to establish the correlation between tumor in poultry and pave the wayfor Hsp90α content, help researchers applied on poultry to poultry Hsp90α hematologic tumor disease research tissues targeting. In the study of acute susceptibility fibrosarcoma of quail, whether it is a day or60-day-old, chicks and adult quail intraperitoneal or subcutaneous inoculation, p27 detection,dot blot tests were negative, did not detect the presence of the virus for necropsy view, no grossly visible tumor nodules characteristic of tumor lesions. Show quail fibrosarcoma of acute non- susceptible virus, the body does not produce acute fibrosarcoma or quail can not produce viremia after infection. Mechanism of acute defective virus on quail further need more research.
