Analysis Of Antigenic Characteristics Of Taenia Pisiformis And2-DE Of Scolex

To obtain the basic of data of blood biochemical characteristics in Taenia pisiformisand toprovide toxicology experiments related background information of experimental animals. Theexperiment measured and analysed the46blood biochemical characteristicsof of different times ofTaenia pisiform.Results:WBC、EOS、BAS、Neu、AST、ALP、r-GT、ALT、CK、LDH、LPS、T-bil、D-bil、IBIL have changed.For the screening of specific antigen of cysticercus pisiformis, the natural infection of adultof taenia pisiforms,scolex,capsule and fluid of antigen of Cysticercus pisiformis were analyzed byusing sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE）and Western-blottest.Results:5~12protein bands ranging from25to114ku. Seven antigens with molecular weightof42,57,63ku could be recognized by using the7th week positive serum against Cysticercuspisiformis in the Western-blot test.Seven antigens with molecular weight of around63ku wererecognized by immune globulin of positive serum against cysticercus pisiformis in Western-blot.So the63ku is a promising vaccine candidate for cysticercus pisiformis prevention. At the sametime, establish foundation for the further study by expounding biochemical characteristics ofseven antigens of taenia pisiforms.The forth part of this study,145spots were detected through Coomassie brilliant blue-stainedsmall gels.Western blotting showed8specific antigen spots with sera of the experimental groupand only one nonspecific spots with the control sera.5special points were selected to identify byLC-MS/MS.The two points are fatty acid binding protein and enolase.
