The study was aimed at the growth rule of three years seedlings of10varieties ofintrouduction Cupressus lusitanica in yellow brown earth and limestone、biomass and rootgrowth characteristics and the photosynthesis characteristics are studied, through thecomprehensive evaluation of various source introduction Cupressus lusitanica seedlings growthcharacteristics, the main results were as follows:(1)The transplanting survival rate of different varieties3years old seedlings were differentin yellow brown earth and limestone, the average survival rate was87.38%in limestone,lowerthan the average transplanting survival rate (91.14%) in yellow brown earth. The sameprovenance seedlings under different site conditions, transplanting survival rate were alsodifferent. Different provenance seedlings the transplanting survival rate in different siteconditions were differences, The growth of plants in yellow brown earth both in plant height andground diameter average was greater than the limestone plant.(2)By Logistic equation curve fitting of different varieties seedlings growth rhythm, plantheight and ground diameter growth were in accordance with the "S" type growth curve ofcumulative growth rule:slow-fast-slow, the accumulation of plant height and ground diameterincrement in yellow brown earth plant was greater than the growth of the limestone plants.Yellow brown earth and limestone plant with the growth of plant height fitting out the fastesttime was more uniform point appears, ground diameter maximum were greater than averagegrowth yellow brown earth testbed plants in the limestone region of plant growth.(3)The various source seedling of Pn and Tr, Cond, Tair, Vpdl, RH_S was positivelyrelated to relationship in limestone, Tair and Tr has significant correlation (p <0.05), WUE andPARi significantly correlated (p <0.01). D7、 D8big root provenance was less, more fine root inyellow brown earth. Plant height and ground diameter, diameter and root volume, the number ofbranch and aboveground biomass, aboveground biomass and root biomass has significantcorrelation (p <0.05).(4)Through plant growth indicators comprehensive evaluation of principal componentanalysis, D2and D10overall growth has certain advantages, suitable for the difficulty ofafforestation and timber forest tree species breeding; D2and D10underground parts namely theroot growth is relatively developed, modified difficult site can be used as the advantages of theecological environment tree species, D5、 D6and D9above ground and underground part weremore balanced growth performance, evaluation score was higher, can be used as for timber, canalso be used as the urban greening tree species, can be considered as nanjing area of commonplant species breeding. D7、D8above ground and underground part of the growth was not ideal.(5)Through plant photosynthetic indicators comprehensive evaluation of principalcomponent analysis, D5and D2in photosynthetic characteristics affected by external environment stress was small, resistance was stronger; D6、D7was limited by its own conditionsand external environment of the double stress, there was growing pressure, inappropriate plantedin limestone, afforestation of limestone mountainous region in the future, try to choose strongability to adapt to the environment of D5and D2provenance to plant, at the same time tostrengthen young forest tending work after afforestation, make it improve the ecologicalenvironment of the limestone mountain role play to maximize.
