| In this study, the different concentrations of brassinolide (0.2,0.4,0.6,0.8mg·L-1) weresprayed on the6years old the red globe grape during the young fruit, berry expansion andcolor-changing period, and the combination of gibberellins (50mg·L-1) during these phenologicalphase (the young fruit and berry expansion) and brassinolide (0.2,0.4,0.6,0.8mg·L-1) duringthe young fruit, berry expansion and color-changing period were applied.Then, photosyntheticindexes, physiological index and fruit quality were measured at different growth stages. On thisaccount investigate the effects of these treatments on physiological characteristics and quality ofgrape, in order to provide the theory basis for high yield and quality cultivation of grape. Themain results as follows:1.After the treatment of brassinolide (BR) and the combination of gibberellins andbrassinolide, the daily variation of net photosynthetic rate in leaves presented a bimodal curveand an obvious‘midday depression’phenomenon occurred. The main reason for the middaydepression was stomatal factors. At midday light intensity was the largest, transpiration ratereached maximum but stomatal conductance reached minimum and hence occurredphotosynthetic midday depression. These treatments were consistent in diurnal changes ofphotosynthetic indexesand but differences in the same time. By comparing the average of thedaily variation, the spraying of0.4mg·L-1BR was the best concentration in these differentconcentrations of BR, the combination of gibberellins (50mg·L-1) and0.4mg·L-1BR was thebest in BR+GA3treatments.2. The effect of different treatment on activity of protect enzyme was explored. The resultsshowed that the SOD, POD and CAT activity were significantly higher while membranepermeability and MDA were lower under the treatments of0.2mg·L-1and0.4mg·L-1BR than thatof control (spraying water). Free proline were significantly promoted when the spraying of0.4mg·L-1BR. Except the treatment of0.8mg·L-1BR, the chlorophyll content were significantlyincreased under other treatments compared with control.These index, such as activity of protectenzyme, free proline content and chlorophyll content were improved in the treatments of thecombination of gibberellins (50mg·L-1) and0.4mg·L-1BR.3. According to the fruit quality of Red Globe grape, fruit shape index of grape were largest when the spraying of0.8mg·L-1. Improved single fruit weight2.73%and20.68%, fruit clusterweight11.00%and19.96%, soluble solid8.85%and10.75%when the spraying of thecombination of0.4mg·L-1brassinolide. Different concentrations of BR have no significant effecton anthocyanin and flavonoids of grape. The spraying of0.4mg·L-1BR was the bestconcentration on the Red Globe grape. Berry longitudinal and berry diameter were promotedwhen sprayed of the combination of different concentration BR and gibberellins (50mg·L-1). Thecombination of gibberellins (50mg·L-1) and0.8mg·L-1BR have significant effect on Fruit shapeIndex. Single fruit weight were improved13.14%,25.34%,29.90%,27.86%and2.82%underthe combination of BR (0.2,0.4,0.6,0.8mg·L-1) and gibberellins (50mg·L-1). Promoted solublesolid11.68%,18.06%and12.95%,and total phenol content23.13%,23.53%and19.43%whensprayed the combination of BR(0.2,0.4,0.6mg·L-1) and gibberellins (50mg·L-1). In this type oftreatments, the quality of Red Globe grape was the best under combination of gibberellins(50mg·L-1) and0.4mg·L-1BR.4. Compared with this two types of treatments, The result was foud that the fruit Berrylongitudinal and berry diameter, cluster weight, single fruit weight, soluble solid and werepromoted when the spraying of the combination of0.4mg·L-1brassinolide andgibberellins(50mg·L-1) Further, it was benefit for improving fruit yield. After sprayed0.4mg·L-1BR, the ratio of soluble solid and titratable acidity, vitamin C and total phenol contentwere increase obviously. It was that the taste and nutritional quality of Red Globe Grape wereimproved effectively. |
