| Apple leaf spot disease is a common disease in apple production, become the limitingfactor in the current world apple industry. In Shaanxi Province, the disease is more commonoccurrence and it’s a class of important diseases threated to apple production in ShaanxiProvince. Currently, the main problems are too many optional pesticide,using confusion,drugresistance and other issues in the prevention and treatment of this disease. Therefore,we makean objective evaluation between the current production of Difenoconazole azole and Polyoxin;The purposes of this research is screening a more economical and effective new fungicideand provides a strong theoretical basis for controlling apple leaf spot disease.Using growth rate method to conduct toxicity determination of Difenoconazole azolemixed with Polyoxin different combinations on Alternria alternatef.sp.mali, and screened thebest combination of mixed on the basis of the result of toxicity determination.The bestcombination of mixed is10%Difenoconazole azole:10%Polyoxin(Efficiency factor was1.78,EC50was1.14μg/ml).Making the two drugs to20%Difenoconazole azole· Polyoxin (10%:10%) micro-emulsion for a test sample,we used this sample to conduct field efficacytrials.The results suggested that the effect of20%Difenoconazoleazole·Polyoxin (10%:10%)micro-emulsion in3000-4000times was76%~86%on stop pumping raw of spring shootsand stop pumping raw of autumn shoots period in the field QianXian.The results of the fieldLiQuanxian and the field QianXian are similar.Compared with the control agent20%Difenoconazole azole micro-emulsion in3500times and10%neomycin wettable powder,the mixed formulation not only can improve the control effect, and also can greatly reducethe amount of pesticide using, considered the economic, environmentally friendly, efficientand safe, recommend20%Difenoconazole azole·Polyoxin (10%:10%) micro-emulsion in3000-4000times controlling Alternria alternatef.sp.mali early by spraying the whole plant. |
