The research and development of a suitable tobacco seedling precision inmulti line operation metering device, it contributes practical and heuristic significance to theimprovement of crop mechanization in small size, the most reasonable distribution in thefield or seedbed of small size seeds, the reducation of laber, and the realization of smalldiameterthinning of crop high yield and so on.The paper take coating tobacco seed on as the object of the research, in thisunderstanding foundation of our small size seedtechnology, from the aspects of seedingscheme, the metering mechanism of seeder, the development of key parts of seeder,and soon. The objective is to study systematically the precision seed metering device on tobaccoseeding. In the finally end, to design and trial the disk type hole type tobacco seedlingprecision in a "one machine multi row" metering device. The seed metering device is amechanical seeding, theseeding element into holes on the disk, it is suitable forlimited spacegreenhouse or nursery.This research work and achievements mainly include:(1)According to the design requirement of single particle precision seeder, the smallparticle size coating tobacco seed, in the limited working space in the greenhouse or nurseryconditions of use, the tobacco seedling precision seed metering device choice of the overallprogram, a disk type hole precision seeder; introduces circular disc type hole mechanicalsowing the four work process, mainly rely on gravity for filling and discharge, no specialcleaning and pushing device, depending on the structure of the seed metering device selfcleaning and protecting; analysis of the metering device metering disc and a seeddischarging shaped hole and other key components on seeding effect can factor type, porestructure and the metering disc rotation analysis for the factors affecting the rate of injury. (2)Completion of the centralized type disc type hole type tobacco seedling precisionseed metering device mainly comprises an upper fixed plate, discharge plate, the lowerfixed plate, guide tube, sprocket and the gear box and other components. The keycomponents of seed metering device metering disc material is qualitative analysis,determine the selection of steel plate; the metering disc diameter, hole structure and size,type the number of holes for parameter design. Determination of seed plate diameter2R=288mm, cylindrical hole of diameter D=3mm, depth H=2.7mm, seed plate isevenly distributed with36holes.(3)Construction of the prototype test platform for tobacco seedling precisionmetering device in a laboratory environment, single factor experiment and the orthogonalexperiment, the seed metering device was on the bench test results: the total amount of seedand lines uniformity stable: the seed metering device, mechanical damage rate to meet thetechnological requirement; in a row hole plate diameter D=3mm, deep H=2.7mm, thespeed of planter plate n=8r/min, seed from the mouth of the conveyor belt distance h=20mm working condition, the passing rate of47.2%, the playback rate44.24%, loss rate of10.12%, can not meet the performance requirements of small grain crops sown; coefficientof variation in3%a seeding accuracy requirements, meet. After the improvement of seedplate structure, exhaust hole plate diameter D=2mm, deep H=1.9mm, the speed of planterplate n=8r/min, seed from the mouth of the conveyor belt distance h=20mm workingcondition, the passing rate of87.5%, the playback rate7.5%, leakage sowing rate5%, tomeet the requirements of small grain crops. Experiments prove: the hole shape, size and themoving plate speed are the main factors that influence the performance of seed. |
