That the research and production on nozzles for plant protection machinery can’t to keepup with the research and developmen on pesticide commonly used is one of the main reasonfor poor performance of plant protection machinery in China. Analysis and research on plantprotection nozzles widely used will lay the powerful foundation for the future research-manufacturing–application on nozzles,which will improve the manufacturing quality ofnozzle and research on development of new products, and is of great significance onagricultural mechanization in our country as soon as possible.In this thesis, the product requirements(such as, function, Performance indicators,environmental conditions, servise time, etc.) of the nozzles currently widely used andprepared for the spectrum library were investigated and researched; At the same time, thetechnical level and developing trend of the similar products in the market at home and abroadwere consulted and surveyed, elaborating the research status of nozzle commonly used inplant protection machinery in detail, Analyzing the current problems existing in the researchand production of the nozzle, putting forward that the plant protection industry in China isfacing a major problem that is the poor scientific research condition and lack of basic research;the biggest obstacle to the further development of plant protection nozzle is that the nozzle inChina of less variety, single specification, and there is big difference performance in samemodel nozzles. Withouting standardization, seriation, integration, so the quality of nozzlesprocessing cannot be guaranteed.Finally, gives some suggestions on improving plantprotection nozzles, and that the direction of the future development of nozzle widely used forplant protection had been discussed primaryly.In order to achieve the standardization and digital management of plant protectionnozzle,the test and analysis work on nozzle conducted by our team under the guidance ofnanjing agricultural mechanization research institute in2012-2014. Nozzle tested mainlycovers the scope of commonly used in plant protection machinery. Main work includes theoryanalysis on the structure composition,performance characteristics,spray quality, operation conditions of the common fan spray nozzle and conical spray nozzle, studying the relationshipbetween the main structural parameters and performance by means of experiments. On thebasis of this,we put forward three characteristic parameters of fan spray nozzle—shape ofTerminal section,spray Angle and rate of flow, The three characteristic parameters of conicalspray nozzle—The type of spray distribution,spray Angle and rate of flow, as the nozzlespectrum standardization.On the basis of the work done previously,we formulated the spectrum composition andexpression of the fan spray nozzle and the conical spray nozzle, laying a solid foundation forthe development of plant protection nozzle series spectrum application in the futrue. At last,According to test results on fan spray nozzle, conical spray nozzle as the main information,the compiled nozzle spectrum, we developedt the plant protection nozzle series spectrummodel library application software with Borland C++Builder6.0and Microsoft SQL Server2005under the Windows operating system.The Software has a friendly interpersonalinteraction interface and good openness, providing convenient for users to query and selectand design.The establishment of nozzle series spectrum model and the development of applicationsoftware are of great application value and practical significance. It not only can promote theserialization of nozzle design and production, prompting the nozzle to the development ofcoordination, unity,merit, simplify,which can make the goal that the nozzle is of short designcycle, good technical performance, economic, can also provide guidelines for the proper useof pesticides, and lay a solid foundation for the early realization of spray operation of lowpollution, low consumption, high energy and environmental quality.
