HMW-GS is the most important factor which influence the food processing quality ofwheat. On chromosome1Vof Dasypyrum villosum there are HMW-GS genes which existsabundant allelic genovariation. Translocation lines T1DL1VS were successfully developedby predecessor in order to transfer the genes of HMW-GS of the1V chromosome arm ofD.villosum into wheat variety. It is very important for wheat quality breeding to transfer thechromosome of T1DL1VS into good wheat variety to choose the good strong gluten wheatvariety and weak gluten wheat variety which were directly used in wheat production. Theconclusions are as follows:1.In this study, the specific molecular marker BE499250-STS and BE403153-STS/MspIfor1VS of D.villosum were used to successfully screen the BC2and BC3plant contain the1VS chromosome arm of D.villosum and successfully have backcrossed, aiming to transferthe chromosome of T1DL1VS into seven good wheat varieties Xiaoyan22etc.2. In this study, the derivative progeny of translocation lines T1DL1VS of BC2and BC3have just been acquired, in the next step seven good wheat varieties Xiaoyan22etc. need tobe backcrossed again and the derivative progeny of translocation lines T1DL1VS ofBC4,BC5and BC6need to be chosen. At that time, the excellent properties of nonrecurrentparent would be transferred recurrent parent, and thus we would get translocation linesT1DL1VS which have good agronomic characters in the background of seven good wheatvarieties Xiaoyan22etc.
