By basing on a long-term experiment of combination application of organic manure andnitrogen fertilizer for7years, we studied the effects of application of organic manure andnitrogen fertilizer, straw incorporation and nitrogen fertilizer and straw incorporation andbacterial manure on carbon, nitrogen and microbial characteristics of soil, the main resultswere as follows:The experimental investigation of the application of organic manure and nitrogenfertilizer on organic carbon, total-N, organic nitrogen forms and microbial characteristicsresult indicates:1.Applying in organic manure fertilizer (0~30t·hm-2)at a long-term in strawincorporation, increased the organic carbon and total nitrogen of layer A,UN,dissolving-C ofdifferent growth periods of wheat and dissolving-N in wintering of wheat significantly, organic carbon and total-N of layer A were increased significantly, total-N of layer C, thecatalase activity and composite index of enzyme were reduced significantly, AN,HUN anddissolving-C in wintering and anthesis were increased first and then dropped significantly,AAN were dropped first and then increased significantly, in the soil by the application oforganic manure.2. Applying in nitrogen fertilize(r180~270kg·hm-2)at a long-term in straw incorporation, increased MBC in anthesis significantly,MBC in jointing were increased first and thendropped significantly, the catalase activity did not vary significantly.3. The combination application of organic manure and nitrogen fertilizer at a long-termin straw incorporation, increased the carbon to nitrogen ratio of layer A, under the lowconcentration of organic manure(M0, M7.5)applying in nitrogen fertilizer AN were increasedsignificantly, under the high concentration of organic manure(M15, M22.5and M30)applying in nitrogen fertilizer, MBC and MBN of different growth periods of wheatinteractions not be true. The experimental investigation of the application of straw incorporation and nitrogenfertilizer on organic carbon, total-N, organic nitrogen forms and microbial characteristicsresult indicates: 1. The total nitrogen of layer A, B and C, AAN, ASN, UN and MBC in wintering andanthesis of soil applying in100%straw incorporation were greater than50%strawincorporation, instead the carbon to nitrogen ratio of layer A, dissolving-N in wintering andthe sucrase activity of soil.2. Applying in nitrogen fertilizer, increased the total-N of layer B significantly, thetotal-N of layer C were reduced significantly, MBN in anthesis were increased first and thendropped significantly.3. The combination application of straw incorporation and nitrogen fertilizer, have asignificant even very significant impact on the total-N of layer A, B andC,AAN,ASN,HUN,THN and MBC in wintering and jointing, MBN and dissolving-C inanthesis and sucrase activity of soil. The experimental investigation of the application of straw incorporation and bacterialmanure on organic carbon, total-N, organic nitrogen forms and microbial characteristics resultindicates:1. Applying bacterial manure, increased the total-N of layer A, HUN, MBC and MBN inwintering,MBC and dissolving-N in jointing and MBN in anthesis contents of soil,thetotal-N of layer C carbon to nitrogen ratio of layer A, the sucrase activity and composite indexof enzyme were reduced significantly.2. The combination application treat of straw incorporation and bacterial manurefertilizer showed that, AAN contents of soil:0.5SBM>S0BM>SBM>0.5S0BM,dissolving-N contents of soil in wintering:SBM>0.5SBM>0.5S0BM>S0BM, the ureaseactivity of soil:0.5SBM>SBM>S0BM>0.5S0BM.3. The carbon to nitrogen ratio of layer A and50%straw incorporation weresignificantly greater than100%straw incorporation,50%straw incorporation weresignificantly lower than100%straw incorporation. the ratio of UN to total nitrogen and theMBN in anthesis.
