Abstract/Summary:
Biodiesel as an alternative fuel has the advantages of renewable,biodegradable, low pollution and clean, broad prospects for development. Atpresent the biodiesel price is high and demand exceeds supply, some countries areworking at the low cost raw material of biodiesel. China’s national conditions areless land and more people, to avoid the contradiction between people and food,food and land,we should focus on study non-food plants of biodiesel. Oil plantresources are rich in henan province, the development and utilization of non-foodplants of biodiesel has large potential.This research according to the diversity and distribution regularities of plantresource in henan province, selected xinyang Ta-pieh Mountain nature reserve,xinyang kikungshan nature reserve, lingbao xiaoqinling nature reserve, jiaozuotaihang mountain nature reserve, nanyang baotianman nature reserve as the mainplaces,215species were surveied, distributed in79families, big families whichhas more than5species are Rosaceae (19species), Aceraceae (9species),Oleaceae (8species), Leguminosae sp.(7species), Fagaceae (7species), Vitaceae(7species), Celastraceae (7species), Berberidaceae (7species), Liliaceae (6species), Anacardiaceae (6species), Caprifoliaceae (6species), Euphorbiaceae (5species), Cucurbitaceae (5species).Collected seeds of215non-food plants of biodiesel and analysis oil content,acid value, iodine value, saponification value and fatty acid composition,simulated cetane number, kinematic viscosity, cold filter plugging point, highcalorific value, density of the Oil methyl ester, a total of five parameters areclosely linked of the biodiesel. The results showed that the oil content, acid value,iodine value, saponification value distribution in0.81to55.31%,,2.51to271.39mg/g,0.85to322.89g/100g,5.19to448.57mg/g,respectively; cetane number,kinematic viscosity, density, cold filtration point, high calorific value of Oil methylester distribution in6.36to61.90,1.18to4.37mm2/s,0.10to0.88g/cm3,-16.06℃to51.56℃,33.40-58.99kJ/g,respectively. Screened Stephaniajaponica (Thunb.) Miers, Yulania denudata (Desr.) D. L. Fu, Magnolia grandifloraL., Cayratia japonica (Thunb.) Gagnep., Euphorbia humifusa Willd. ex Schltdl., Rhus punjabensis var. sinica, Toxicodendron succedaneum (L.) Kuntze, Rhuspotaninii Maxim., Viburnum odoratissimum Ker Gawl., Camellia oleifera Abel,Camellia sinensis (L.) O. Ktze., Cornus alba L., Cornus kousa F. Buerger exHance subsp. chinensis (Osborn) Q. Y. Xiang, Phytolacca americana L.,Phytolacca acinosa Roxb., Alangium platanifolium (Sieb. et Zucc.) Harms, a totalof16kinds of non-food diesel plants of biodiesel, and puts forward Suggestionson its development potential and utilizationThe seed oil of Descuminia sophia(L.)webb.Ex Prantl can be used ascooking oil and industrial oil, has the broad prospects for utilization. Descuminiasophia leaf samples were collected form seven populations in henan province andone population in shanxi province for the analysis of genetic diversity of thisspecies.The results showed that the genetic diversity of Descuminia sophia were H0.1928,shonnon0.2903at the species level and H0.1276,shonnon0.1909at thegroup level. Genetic differentiations among population was0.3380, the geneticvariation was larger,which provide the basis for breeding research...
