In order to relieve the energy crisis, countries have struggled tofind succedaneum of traditional energy sources, in which the renewable energysources get more and more attention. Biomass energy occupies the important positionof all renewable energy. Rich resource biomass energy exists in our country.Therational use of agriculture and forestry by-products on the one hand, solves theenvironmental problems, on the other hand ease the energy crisis to a certain extent,in our country. So our country attaches great importance to the use of biomass energy.At present the main means of biomass energy utilization include solidification,liquefaction and gasification. The development of biomass briquette which is made bystraw, sawdust and other raw materials is fairly fast. According to the survey ofexisting biomass briquetting machines, we think the roller die biomass briquettingmachine occupied the main position in the current market. Relative to the screw andpiston type biomass briquetting machines, the advantages of the roller die biomassbriquetting machine include high production efficiency, low energy consumption,simple operation, and it is easy to realize the standardization, specialization of product.Taken together, the roller die biomass briquetting machine is beneficial to theindustrialization development of biomass briquette, and it will be the focus of thecurrent and future a period of time.The roller die biomass briquetting machine appears late, but the development isvery fast. At present, the roller die biomass briquetting machine has been mature. Inthe investigation of this kind of machine, we find that the roller bearing is avulnerable part because of the poor working environment such as high pressure androtational speed in the process of operation, so the protection for bearing is lubricatingit timely in addition to the reasonable design. The current lubricating system of rollerdie biomass briquetting machine still stays at the initial stage. The oil cup is installedon the roller and people grease the bearing through it periodically. Although this wayis feasible, but low degree of automation and the need of stopping the machine can’trealize the demand of continuous production, which will certainly become astumbling block to industrialized production of biomass briquette.Aiming at this problem, this paper will put forward a automatic oiling systemdesign idea which make a closed oil circuit from fuel tank to oil cup for roller diebiomass briquetting machine, in order to achieve continuous oil lubrication in theprocess of equipment operation.The results of test for improved die lift machine and roller lift machine shows that the production efficiency increased by9.12%and9.29%, the energy consumption was reduced by13.33%and13.33%,beyond that theimproved machine is able to work for a long time without stop because of thelubrication problem. |
