| Depending on the status that different tobacco-planting soilnitrogen supply dynamic was unclear and upper leaves of the flue-cured tobacco were out of the standard of regular total nitrogen and nicotine content inthe later growth period. Three soils of Liangshan were studied.The effect to inorganic nitrogen supply dynamic, nitrogen mineralization characteristics and the absorption of nitrogen of tobacco plant distribution and quality of flue-curedtobacco under different nitrogen levels supply were researched.The main resultswere as follows:1, Under0-20cm and20-40cm soil conditions of red soil, treatment with fertilization nitrogen after flue-cured tobacco transplanted the inorganic Nitrogen concentration rose sharply in21d. Treatment without nitrogenous fertilizer showed that inorganic nitrogen increased slowly.In21d-35d inorganic nitrogen concentration droped rapidly, no nitrogen treatment decreased less;In49and91days the suppling of inorganic nitrogen appeared peaks,105d after inorganic nitrogen concentration is low.In the case of no fertilizer of yellow soil inorganic nitrogen supply peak appeared in49d and77d after transplanting, fertilization todelay the occurrence of yellow soil inorganic nitrogen supply peak late time,paddy soil inorganic nitrogen supply peaked in77d after transplanting.The effect of fertilization to soil inorganic nitrogen was mainly embodiedin the seven weeks after transplanted. Different soil varied slightly, the fertilizer nitrogen forms were mainly composed of nitrate nitrogen. The dynamicchange of inorganic nitrogen in the soil performanced was the dynamic changeof nitrate nitrogen. Soil in20-40cm showed more obvious than0-20cm.The accumulation of soil nitrogen mineralization of red soil was115.95kg/hm2.And the accumulation of yellow soil and paddy soils was89.86kg/hm2, 133.91kg/hm2. positively correlated with the content of organic matter, three weeks after transplanting different soil nitrogen mineralization accumulation difference was small,5weeks after transplanting differences, red soil accumulationwas highest in five weeks, the early stage of the red soil mineralization paddysoil and yellow soil was fast,7weeks more than red soil, paddy soil mineralization accumulation in stay to the end of the growth period, yellow soil during the reproductive period mineralization has been lower than other two kinds of soil nitrogen accumulation.2, Nitrogen accumulation rate movements of tobacco in three kinds of soilare in slow-fast-slow,but the accumulation peak of red soil was at77d aftertransplanting, yellow soil, paddy soil was at7to9weeks after transplanting.With the increasing of application rate of nitrogen the accumulation rate and high accumulation of red soil in the prophase of fertility rate was higher than yellow soil and paddy soil, but the total accumulation with yellow soil, paddy soil, the second highest, lowest red soil.Three kinds of soil under the condition of the processing of nitrogen distribution changes dynamically, the same organs are characterized by the root, leafproportion along with the advance of growth period decreases, and increaseswith growth period to promote stem, N application significantly increased the nitrogen distribution proportion of stem and reduced the proportion of leaves,the N application had no obvious influence on the roots.3, With the increasing of N application, nicotine and total nitrogen contentshowed a positive correlation relationship. Upper leaves higher than middle leaves and lower leaves.Three kinds of soil under the same parts of the contentof nicotine red loam was significantly higher than other two kinds of soil, yellow soil and paddy soil was closing.Of total sugar content in tobacco leaves with the parts of the overall performanced that: middle leaves> lower leaves>upper leaves. With the decreasing of N application rate, three kinds of soil total sugar content was higher.Under different soil’s condition, the upper leaves was superior to the totalscore to see red soil, paddy soil was better than the yellow soil, yellow soillow score was mainly present on the aroma quantity was less, the present certain correlation with soil organic matter content.The middle leaves was similar to the upper leaves. Nitrogen supply too high or too low was both had bad eff ect to quality of flue-cured tobacco. |
