Genetic Dissection Of Wheat Milestone Parent Xiaoyan No.6and Its Derivatives

Wheat backbone parent has played a vital role in wheat breeding and innovationprocess.So the objective of this study was to reveal the genetic diversity of Xiaoyan No.6andits derivatives using molecular markers. A total of63SSR primers covering the21chromosomes of wheat were screened with the core parents Xiaoyan No.6and its derivativesby UPGMA analysis.And genetic variations of gliadins were evaluated by A-PAGE．Forsmall suppress Xiaoyan No.6and its derived varieties (lines) in a more comprehensiveanalysis, providing theoretical basis for breeding work. The results are as follows:1、A total of175alleles were detected among81materials，and the number of alleles eachprimer pair ranged between1～6with an average of2.78.2、The PIC (polymorphism information content) value ranged between0.0674～0.8364，averaged at0.4804per primer.3、Genetic similarity among the materials varied from0.521to0.931with an average of0.664.81wheat materials fell into seven clusters at GS0.658.4、Cluster analysis is generally agreed with pedigree analysis; Xiaoyan No.6had thecontribution ratios of50.32%、47.54%、46.35%、44.83%and47.67%to its first,second,third,fourth and fifth generation derivatives. The genetic contribution ratios assumedD>A>B among all generation.5、There are1144different gliadin patterns in the81materials.6、There are four areas of the gliadin, with0～3band in α area, the majority is1～3bands; With1～4in β area, and the majority are2,3stripes; With1to5in γ area; ω areahave2～11bands, most materials have5～9bands.7、Using UPGMA were used for material gliadin results for clustering analysis. Thegenetic similarity coefficient was0.649in the germplasms.They could be divided into fourmajor categories.
