The randomized block experimental design was taken in this experiment, takeing the Zihuabai as test material, we compared the control effect on weeds of Acetochlor and Acetochlor+Prometryne in potato field; To explore the control effect on weeds of different treatments of the two herbicides, under different spraying periods (T1:spraying when sowing immediately; T2:spraying after sowing7d; T3:spraying after sowing14d; T4:spraying after sowing21d) and different spraying concentrations (Acetochlor:M1:150ml/667m2, M2:200ml/667m2, M3:250ml/667m2; Acetochlor+Prometryne EC:N1:200ml/667m2, N2:250ml/667m2, N3:300ml/667m2), studying the effect on morphological index, economic indicators, quality indicators and yield indicators of the different treatments. The results showed that:(1) Acetochlor:From the point of the control effect on weed, the control effect on weed can increase, with the spraying concentrations increasing; the control effect on weed can increase, with the spraying periods delaying after sowing0-21d, the better treatments:M2T3, M2T4, M3T3, M3T4, the control effect on weed can reach90.00%. Acetochlor can control weed well, when spraying200-250ml/667m2dose after sowing14to21days, it was safe to potato, and it had no effect on the weight of the aerial parts of potato plants, the weight of the aerial parts of potato plants, the numbers of per plant tuber, commercial potato rates, dry matter, starch, Vc content, the tuber weight of per plant and yield..(2) Acetochlor+Prometryne EC:From the point of the control effect on weed, the control effect on weed can increase, with the spraying concentrations increasing; the control effect on weed can increase, with the spraying periods delaying after sowing0-21d, the better treatments:N2T3, N2T4, N3T3, N3T4, the control effect on weed can reach94.00%. Acetochlor+Prometryne EC can control weed well, when spraying250-300ml/667m2dose after sowing14-21days, it was safe to potato, and it had no effect on the weight of the aerial parts of potato plants, the weight of the aerial parts of potato plants, the numbers of per plant tuber, commercial potato rates, dry matter, starch, Vc content, the tuber weight of per plant and yield. (3) Totally, Acetochlor+Prometryne EC can control weeds better than Acetochlorr in potato fields, Acetochlor+Prometryne can control some perennial weeds, and Acetochlor had no effect on them, it can be seen Acetochlor+Prometryne expanded the control of weeds. Under the case of the spring drought, leading to the weeds growed later, Acetochlor+Prometryne EC can control weed well, when spraying250-300ml/667m2dose after sowing14to21days, it was safe to potato, having no effect on the relevant economic indicators, quality indicators and yield. Application of herbicides in potato, for large-scale, specialized potato specialist planter, can save the cost of labor and economic savings, bringing considerable economic benefits.
