The harm of pesticide residues for fish,was the topic of more attention all thetime.Was Monopterus albus one of the object of persecuted? This study analyzed theimpact of crystal dipterex on Monopterus albus liver tissue structure and enzymeactivity.And then the relative expression level of the genes associated with detoxificationin the Monopter albus were studied with RT-PCR technology.The result were as follows:(1)The Monopter albus exposed to crystal dipterex and leaded to liver tissue lesions.And with the extension of exposure time, the liver tissue injury is more serious.Forexample, greatly part cracking nucleus, the shape of sinus gap extreme expansion ofhepatic lobule,on one side of the nucleus squeezed into the cytoplasm, large areas ofcytoplasm vacuoles. In addition, with the increase of crystal dipterex concentration, themore tan fine particles appeared calm.(2) The activity of SOD, CAT and GSH-PX were activated at first and then inhibitedin the study. Different concentrations of treatment groups of SOD, CAT and GSH-PXactivity were enhanced at12h. This may be because the body produced a large number ofreactive oxygen species under stress from crystal trichlorfon, and in order to remove excessreactive oxygen species, SOD, CAT and GSH-PX were activated. When in24h,1mg/L and5mg/L treatment groups of the activity of the liver protective enzyme were still on the rise,but10mg/L treatment groups of the activity of CAT and GSH-PX were falling.Alltreatment groups of the activity of enzyme were weakening at36h,and with the increase ofcrystal dipterex concentration, the activity of decline of enzyme were falling obviously.(3) After exposed to crystal dipterex, we detected the expression of Cyp1A gene, GSTgene and GPX gene in the Monopter albus. The results showed that Cyp1A gene and GSTgene were induced at Monopterus albus exposure to5mg/L and10mg/L Crystal Dipterexafter12h、24h; they were suppressed after36h; but GPX gene was induced in the timerange of study.In the inntial, the three genes expression level were no significant changes atMonopterus albus exposure to1mg/L Crystal Dipterex.However,as time extended,theexpression of Cyp1A gene, GST gene and GPX gene were still rising.So, Cyp1A gene,GST gene and GPX gene were induced all the time at Monopterus albus exposure to1mg/L Crystal Dipterex.
