| Molecular marker technology has become one of the important means for assisted breeding; especially for disease resistance varieties choice has important significance. To verify that this study, molecular marker technology is widely applied to resistant the feasibility of selective breeding work to gather from all over the country,75as test material of hot pepper resources. Selected two SCAR markers and two EST-SSR markers which closely to the gene chain with pepper Phytophthora blight, selected one CAPS marker and one EST-SSR marker which closely to the gene chain with Meloidogyne incognita,75different varieties of pepper materials for disease resistance gene detection, combining with pepper Phytophthora blight vaccination results and disease resistance inthe field survey results for Meloidogyne incognita to contrast analysis, judging these markers in pepper materials selection of resistance to future work whether has application value, for further application of molecular markers of disease resistance breeding work to provide the reference. The main test results of this research are as follows:1. Two SCAR markers which this research selected in the breeding of pepper Phytophthora blight resistance application of little value, two EST-SSR markers can be used, but need to be combined with traditional resistance detection methods.2. One SCAR markers which this research selected have reliable test results; can be used in breeding work of resistance Meloidogyne incognita pepper varieties selection.3. This research through the experiment got27pepper Phytophthora blight resistant material and17Meloidogyne incognita resistance materials, including14materials resistant to pepper Phytophthora blight and Meloidogyne incognita, because of the congtact with two diseases, the resistance strength needs further validation. |
