In consideration of some current unsatisfactory truths about bio-control agent inhibitingPytophthora capsici such as incapable batch production and weak commercialization,unstable effect of field application with trivial process. Conditions optimization of pilotproduction of1strain actinomycete inhibiting Pytophthora capsici, amendment of applicationtechnology of the actinomycete in combination of1strain bacteria, a second bio-control agentand organic fertilization were conducted with Pytophthora capsici in Qinghai province asstudy object. By the investigation, pilot production process and filed application technologywere improved, effect of field application was confirmed and commercialization of bio-control agent was matured. The main results are as following:1. Optimization of mother agent incubation and production process. Previous solidincubation for mother agent multiplization with corn powder as medium material wasoptimized as liquid incubation with millet as medium material, thereafter the incubation time(previously5days, now3days) was shortened by2days and contamination rate (previously5%, now zero) was decreased greatly. In this way mother agent production efficiency wasimproved and material input of production was saved.2. Optimization of solid fermentation process in microbial gent production. Through testof optimizing medium component in soild fermentation. Previous main nutrient material,70%wheat bran was substitued with50%corn powder plus nutrient solution, previous bag-closedincubation was substituted with shallow plate-half opened one, consequently, not only singlebatch production of gents was enhanced, but also fermentation time was shortened from8days to7days. So a production process of Pytophthora capsici bio-controlable actinomycetemultiplization was conformed: the given agent was incubated under28℃with liquid milletmedium in shaking bed3days, then the incubated agent was inoculated with10%amountinto mixed incubating material consisted of corn powder, soil, sand with ratio of50:35:15and liquid millet incubating medium with concentration of30%. After the mixture wasblended evenly, then was cultured on shallow plate7days under30℃and thenbio-controlalbe actinomycete inhibiting Pytophthora capsici meeting national standard whichcontain over1010living actinomycetes was gotten. The product had half-year-quality guarantee period with over109living actinomycetes after dried under40℃for48hours andthen packed.3. Field application technology of bio-control agent was confirmed. Bio-control agentsplus organic fertilizer had active effect of improving growth, resisting infection, increasingyield of pepper when applied in green house and field cultivation of Ledu county and Xunhuacounty respectively. After application of A5actinomycete45kg/hm2, B2bacterial15kg/hm2,organic fertilizer900kg/hm2in Ledu county, Peak infection was postphoned30days andinfection rate decreased, the yield could be35573kg/hm2,control rate reached76.3%, pepperyield increased by18.0%, income increased13029yuan/hm2,.the ratio of output and inputshould be1∶7.9. After application of A5actinomycete45kg/hm2,B2bacterial30kg/hm2,organic fertilizer900kg/hm2in Xunhua county, they were34days,16977kg/hm2,87.19%,43.7%,14450yuan/hm2,1:6.0。4. Combined application of two microbial inoculas and organic fertilizer. Blendedapplication of two different microbial inoculas enhanced adaptability and stability ofbio-control agent, improved soil microbial environment for crop growth and preventPytophthora capsici effectively. Meanwhile60kg per mu organic fertilizer blended with thetwo inoculas provided nessesary nutrient not only for pepper growth but also for inoculasmultiplization because of its helping colonization effectively and stimulating activity of theinoculas quickly. Combined application fasilitated the application process of inoculas andreduced cost of labour, meet the aim of functional inocula fertilizer.
