Synergistic Complex Preparation Research Of Copper Nonyl Phensulfonate And Ethylicin

Copper nonyl phensulfonate is a novel and high efficient organic copper fungicide.Ethylicin has a high bactericidal activity and plant growth regulation, it’s belongs to the plantsource bionic fungicide. We select reasonable ratio through different screening tests of coppernonyl phensulfonate and ethylicin on Botrytis cinerea, study the processing technology ofmixed formulations and investigate the effect of field trials, the results show as follows:1. Copper nonyl phensulfonate and ethylicin indoor activity screening results show: Fivedifferent mixed combination have obvious improvement against Botrytis cinerea, the SR arehighter than1.5. Among them, the highest SR is2.62and EC50is7.31μg/mL when25%copper nonyl phensulfonate mixed with15%ethylicin. It shows the obvious synergies effect.2. Mixed Formulation study of copper nonyl phensulfonate and Ethylicin shows: Coppernonyl TC25%, ethylicin15%, cosolvent C (alcohol)10%, the compound emulsifier10%,antifreeze ethylene glycol2%,then make it up100%with water. According to the aboveproportions, the formulation has good emulsifying properties, low temperature and hotstorage stability.3. The field test shows: Copper nonyl phensulfonate and ethylicin40%EW can be usedto control botrytis cinerea. Spray copper nonyl phensulfonate and ethylicin40%EW300～500g/hm2,3times in continuous,15days after the three times spraying,the leaf bladecontrol effect can be reach to76.22%~86.41%, the fruit control effect can be reach to74.63%~84.84%, the effective period is longer, the doses were safety in the entire growthperiod of tomato.
