The common wheat has3different Wx protein subunits, named Wx-Al, Wx-BlandWx-D1.When the wheat lacking all the3subunits, the amylase content in the wheat endosperm are nearly null and we call it whole waxy wheat。Hybridizing blue kernel wheat with the waxy wheat, the selection and breeding of blue kernel waxy wheat is a new type of wheat material, and also has important significance in wheat breeding. This trial useing Wx gene molecular markers selected waxy wheat, and the agronomic characters of progenies materials carried out an analysis.. The findings are as following:1ã€Using blue kernel to hybridize and backcross with full waxy wheat in generations. The progeny were selected by three Wx molecular marker primers to identify the waxy wheat. Through identification we finally ascertain the Wx-Aâ… ã€Wx-Bland Wx-D1gen ewere lacking in lan1ã€lan2ã€lan3ã€lan4ã€lan6ã€lan7ã€lan8ã€lan9ã€lan11ã€lan12ã€lan13lines, they are whole waxy wheat. The blue kernel character and waxy character were polymerized in11lines2ã€The agronomic characters of progenies materials carried out an analysis, multiple comparisons at the level of0.05. Significant difference in progenies and female parent material on plant height and the grain number per spike, No significant difference in ears per plant and spike length. Significant difference in the parents and offspring on the1000grain weight. In the main spike grain weight, there are significant difference in the male parent and offspring. Comprehensive agronomic characters of15progenies, lan5, lan6and lanllthis three materials have the better yield characters, and are suitable for the further improvement of breeding. |
