In order to study the effect of sowing time and density on photosynthetic characteristics of millet, the no.10of nongda was used as experimental subjects. Using two factors split-plot design, through the study of photosynthesis index groups, the test is designed to select the best planting time and density combinations. Sowing as main area and density as split plot, by analyzing net photosynthetic rate, leaf area index, flag leaf area and other photosynthetic parameters, nitrogen accumulation, protein, fat, amino acid and other nutritional quality indicators, the main results were as follows:1. Effect on photosynthetic parameters of millet. Effect of different sowing dates on flag leaf photosynthetic characteristics of millet, the difference was highly significant level. With sowing date delaying, flag leaf net photosynthetic rate of millet increased firstly and then decreased, B3is the highest in the processing. Effect of different density on flag leaf photosynthetic rate of millet, the difference was highly significant level. With the density increasing, photosynthetic rate of millet showed a decreasing trend, M1is the highest and M6is the lowest. Effect of sowing date, density, interaction of sowing and density on photosynthetic characteristics, the differences were highly significant level.2. Effect on plant nitrogen accumulation of millet. Effect of sowing date on plant nitrogen accumulation of millet, the difference is highly significant level. Judging from the trend of nitrogen accumulation of quantitative changes during sowing date, it shows a trend of decreasing after the first increasing with sowing date delaying. Suitable sowing is conducive to plant nitrogen accumulation of millet. From changes in density between, plant nitrogen accumulation of millet under low density is higher than the level of high-density, it shows that too higher density is not conducive to the plant accumulation of nitrogen of millet. The effects of different sowing date and density on grain nitrogen accumulation of millet, the difference is significant level, B4M1is the highest and B5M4is the lowest.3. Impact on the nutritional quality of millet. Effect of different sowing dates on the crude protein content of millet, the difference is highly significant level. With sowing date delaying, crude protein content of millet increased, B5is the highest and B2is the lowest. Effect of different sowing dates on the crude protein content of millet, the difference is significant level. With density increasing, crude protein content of millet shows a decreasing trend, M1is the highest and M5is the lowest. Effect of combinations of different sowing date and density on protein content of millet, the difference is significant level, B5M3is the highest and B2M4is the lowest. Effect of different sowing dates on the fat content of millet, the difference is highly significant level. With sowing date delaying, fat content of mille shows a decreasing trend. With density increasing, fat content of mille shows a reduced trend. It shows that appropriate sowing early can increase the fat content of millet. With sowing date delaying, total starch content of millet shows first increased and then decreased trends. It shows that appropriate sowing early can increase total starch content of millet. Impact of different densities on total starch content of millet, the difference is highly significant level, M5is the highest and M1is the lowest. From the trend of effect of different density on total starch of millet, it shows a trend of total starch of millet decreasing with the density increasing. From the trend of changes in millet fiber, the fiber content of millet increases with sowing date delaying.4. Impact on the amino acid content of millet. Effect of different sowing dates and densities on methionine content of millet, the difference is significant level. Under different sowing dates and densities, B5M1is the highest and B1M4is the lowest. Effect of different density on the methionine content of millet, the difference is highly significant level, with increasing density, methionine content shows a decreasing trend. It shows that appropriate sparse will help improve the methionine content of millet. There are significant differences millet grain proline between different sowing dates and densities, B5M2is the highest, proline content of millet reaches0.85%, B1M6is the lowest, it reaches0.68%. From the trend of changes in millet proline, proline content of millet showed a rising trend with sowing date delaying. Effect of different sowing date and density on serine content of millet, the difference is significant level. Between different sowing dates and densities, serine content of millet variation range:B5M3is the highest, B2M3and B2M4is the lowest.
