| Yanmenguan ecological zone was implemented a comprehensive closed forest grazing in the construction of livestock, So Northern Shanxi and other places of sheep farming became in captivity. There are large quantity of corn stalk, caragana and other shrubs in Northern Shanxi area but they can not be fed directly for sheep. It has been a main problem that sheep lack feed during sheep farming. And we innovated an equipment for simulating ruminant and vermicularizing of rumen in this study, which could change stem plants into easily eating and digesting forage requirements for sheep through improving their traits and quality. So we firstly needed to study simulating ruminant vermicularizing process of these forage plants’ transformation and utilization to satisfy innovative equipment. The following study began with this context.1. Corn stalk vermicularizing process experimental investigations, processing of corn stalk achieved degradation of cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin and turned them into better absorption and utilization of forage grass by using physical crushing, chemical hydrolysis and biological degradation method. The study used cellulase and xylanase as enzymatic hydrolysate and added appropriate amount of straw fermentation agent, then put into vacuum silage bags, determinated of the corresponding content after some days’ zymolysis and drying, at the same time tested simulating rumen fermentation processing of particles using the DFCCS dual flow dynamic rumen culture system. And PH, volatile fatty acid, NH3-N, OM, DM, CP, NDF and ADF was determined.2. Caragana vermicularizing process experimental investigations, the test method is the same with corn stalk vermiculatizing process, and following the text procedures and the same index determination of content.3. Vermicularizing process optimization, basing on corn stalk and caragana vermicularizing process, optimized of process parameters of enzymatic hydrolysis and fermentation temperature, dosage of cellulase and xylanase and micro storage king of Haixing to obtain the best corn stalk and caragana vermicularizing process parameters, as the research process simulation of cow stomach creeping provided parameter range.4. Study of process simulation of cow stomach creeping, basing on optimization the creeping process parameters. Treated corn stalk and caragana with the best parameter and according to roughage1:1prepared and made of feed particles, then used DFCCS dual flow continuous culture to research on simulation cow stomach vermicularizing process, continuously determine the fermentation liquid of PH, measured VFA and NH3-N after collecting fermentation liquid., determined DM, OM, CP, NDF and ADF before and after fermentation to obtain apparent digestibility and express the two plant stalk forage conversion effect of this method.In this study, some useful conclusions were obtained and explored a new processing method by optimizing the experimental creep process parameters of corn stalk, caragana, and simulating cow stomach creeping process experiment. |
