| In this paper, analysis and research are carried out relating to the technology of continuously variable transmission in one specific half-feed combine harvester.Firstly, survey is done on the technics of Hydraulic Static Transmission.Secondly, the transmission principle of Hydro Mechanical Transmission is introduced. After discussing the characteristics of hydraulic transmission system and mechanical transmission system respectively, we obtain the hydro-mechanical transmission system featured by the parallel configuration. Then, analyse is done for all kinds of the transmission schemes of HMT, along with the basic characteristics of rotationl speed, power flow and efficiency. In the end, Candidate schemes are worked out after analyzing and comparing the characteristics of speeds, power flows and efficiencies among different HMT schemes. Besides, the relationships are also deduded between the speed ratio, power flow, efficiency and the capacity ratio e, respectively.Finally, taking into consideration actual conditions and performance requirements of the half-feed combine harvester, the ideal transmission scheme is determined. The engagement status of clutches is specified and the power transmission path about every range is analyzed, and corresponding transmission ratio is obtained. Then, the characteristic between the speed of the combine harvester and capacity ratio e is obtained. In comparision to those equied with Hydro Staticl Transmission, the harvester with Hydro Mechanical Transmission is more capable of medium and short distance transportation. What is more, it can meet the demand of the harvester that working in complex condition. |
