1. Research on fishmealreplacement with soybean protein in the diets of Litopenaeus vanmameiThe effect of partially replacing of fishmeal with dietary soybean meal(SBM),fermentedsoybeanmeal(FSM), soy protein concentrate(SPC) and soy protein isolate(SPI)on the growth performance, hepatopancreas digestive and metabolic enzyme activities andimmune response of shrimp Litopenaeus vanmamei was evaluated. In the feeding trial,1080shrimpswith initial body weight of0.568g were randomly allocated to nine groups (D1, D1, D2,D3, D4, D5, D6, D7, D8and D9) feeding isonitrogenous diets with50%and100%of fish mealprotein replaced by SBM,FSM,SPC and SPI protein, respectively. The test results are as follows:The survival of all groups showed no significant difference (P>0.05).The SGR and WGR inthe groups D2, D4and D6showedno significant difference with the control, while decreasedSGR and WGR were observed in the groups D3, D5, D7, D8and D9.The FCR in the groups D2,D3,D4, D5, D6and D8showed no significant difference with the control (P>0.05), whileincreased FCR was observed in the groups D7and D9(P<0.05).Theprotein concentrations and T-SOD activities in serum of the eight treatments showed nosignificant difference with the control (P>0.05). The serum PO activities in the groups D4, D5,D6, D7and D8showed no significant difference with the control (P>0.05),while increased POactivities were observed in the groups D2, D3and D9(P<0.05); The serum ACP activities in thegroups D2,D4,D5,D6,D7,D8and D9showed no significant difference with the control(P>0.05),whilethe serum ACP activities in the group D9increased significantly compared withthe control (P<0.05); The serum AKP activities in the groups D2,D4, D6, D7,D8and D9showedno significant difference with the control (P>0.05),while increased AKP activity was observed inthe group D3(P<0.05); The MDA activities in the groups D2,D4,D5,D6,D7and D8showed nosignificant difference with the control (P>0.05),whilethe MDA activities in the group D3and D9decreased significantly. The hepatopancreas protein and GOT activities of the eight treatments showed nosignificant difference with the control (P>0.05). The GPT activities of the groupsD4and D6showed no significant difference with the control (P>0.05),whilethe GPT activities in the groupsD2,D3,D5,D7,D8and D9decreased significantly (P<0.05).The hepatopancreas trypsase and amylase activities of the eight treatments showed no significant difference with the control (P>0.05). The LPS activity of the group D9showedsignificant difference with the control (P<0.05),whilethe LPS activities in the groups D2,D3, D4,D5,D6, D7and D8increased significantly (P>0.05).Our data demonstrated that the replacement of fish meal protein with SBM, FSM, SPC, SPIshould be not more than50%in Litopenaeus vanmamei, considering which had no negativeeffect on the growth performance.2.Research on partial fishmealreplacement with soybean meal in the diets ofEpinepheluscoioidesThe effect of partially replacing of fishmeal with dietary soybean meal (SBM) on thegrowth performance, immune response and intestinal heath of grouper (Epinepheluscoioides)was evaluated. In the feeding trial,180fish with initial body weight of11g were randomlyallocated to four groups (D0, D1, D2and D3) feeding isonitrogenous diets with fish meal proteinreplaced with0,20%,30%, and40%SBM protein, respectively. The FCR in the groups D1, D2and D3showed no significant difference with the control(P>0.05),The WGR in the group D3showed no significant difference with the control(P>0.05), while increased WGR was observedin the groups D2and D3(P<0.05).The SGR in the groups D1and D2showed no significantdifference with the control(P>0.05), while decreased SGR were observed in thegroupD3(P<0.05).At day30and day60, the intestinal amylase, lipase and protease activities ofthe three treatments showed no significant difference with the control (P>0.05). At30day, nosignificant difference in the lysozyme and T-SOD activities, and the serum IgM and complementC3contents were observed between the treatments and the control. At day60, the complementC3level in the group D3was significantly higher than that in the control (P<0.05). The intestinalstructural integrity of fish was not affected in the group D1and D2, but it was destroyed in thegroup D3. Our data demonstrated that the replacement of fish meal protein with SBM should nomore than30%in juvenile E. coioides, considering which had no negative effect on the growthperformance, immunity and intestinal health of fish. |
