Cotton aphid, cotton thrips and apolygus lucorum meyer-Dur (Hemiptera:Miridae) are the main pest to the cotton. Recent years, spray is widespread used in preventing the three pest, with the application of imidacloprid which stands for the neonicotinoid insecticides in the prevention of cotton aphid, Apolygus lucorum. Imidacloprid seed coating treatment on aphids has showed good control effect, and because of its simple way of applying, less impact on natural enemy insects, is becoming more and more widely used. There is not enough report about application of other new neonicotinoid insecticides on seed coating and granules broadcasting for the prevention and control of cotton aphid. So this research through the reagent after seed coating and granules broadcasting with six new neonicotinoid insecticides for the safety of cotton and the control effect of cotton aphids, thrips and A. lucorum, the influence of natural enemy insects, selects out the efficient agent to prevention and control of cotton for the seedling stage suction pests. This paper’s main contents include:Through six new neonicotinoid insecticides’indoor security experiment, it is concluded that the safe dose of cotton plant as well as the dose for field experiment. The study found that indicated test dose are safe for the growth of cotton plant, there was no significant difference between indoor germination rate with contrast. As the plant fresh weight and plant height have increased, the new neonicotinoid insecticides on plant growth have a certain role in promoting; Granules indoor security determination found that the test dose of120g/mu and240g/mu are safety for plant, and360grams/mu doses of cefuroxime bug amine and organism amine have influence on cotton safety. Therefore, the result indicated that active ingredients can choose to use20g/mu, granules can choose the highest concentration of effective components of240g/mu. After the field tests, we learned that seed dressing and broadcasting granules processing had no significant effect on plant seedling germination rate, so it is safe for the cotton emergence in the field with application at that dosage.Through indoors experiments with suction test gets the virulence of the six new neonicotinoid elixir to cotton aphid, Apolygus lucorum, thrips, ladybugs and lacewing flies. The test shows that the new neonicotinoid insecticides for sucking insects have high toxicity effect; through the toxicity measurement of the ladybugs and lacewing flies, we discovered that new neonicotinoid insecticides for ladybugs and lacewing flies has high poison, so to reduce pesticide spray in field, transform the mode of applying pesticide are urgently need to solve problems.The field experiment investigated new neonicotinoid insecticides used in the way of seed dressing and granules broadcasting in pest prevention and control in the field, the result is that seedling aphid occured in mid-May to the mid-June, during the period of prevention and control of seedling aphids, six new neonicotinoid insecticides’ granules broadcasting all had good control effect, especially the olefinic organism amine’ and thiamethoxam amine’ granules effective components of240g/mu, can make the whole seedling need not spraying pesticide for prevention and control of cotton aphid any more, saving the labor costs greatly. New neonicotinoid elixir of cotton seed dressing experiment in De Zhou agricultural demonstration zone and Xia Jin Xinqiu sowing industry demonstration base showed general effect in control, its effect last only about20days from seedling aphid occurrence, and needed extra spray for prevention and control. As usually A. lucorum mainly begins in the middle of June, in the survey of prevention and control of Apolygus lucorum we found that six new neonicotinoid insecticides granules in the dosage of active ingredients at240grams/mu can effectiviy prevent green blind assassin and reduce the cotton leaf broken rate caused by the blind assassin. But in Shandong province continuous rain during July to August, though the investigations have found certain control effect, the result can be affected by the rain, so we need further test By statistics the count of lacewing flies and beetles, we learned by the way of seed dressing and granules broadcasting to prevent A. lucorum, aphids and thrips, can effectively avoid predators contacting with the agent, thus protecting their natural enemy。...
