Rice pot seedling transplanting is one of the rice planting way, it can effectively achieve the save seeds、increase production and improve rice quality because of its short seeding renew、quick seedlings rehabilitate、effect on the climate compensation, etc, characteristics, thus, rice pot seedling transplanting has very significant economic and social benefits. But,at present, the popularization and application of the rice pot seedling transplanting machine is less, the key to improve the mechanization of rice planting is to research the suitable to China’s growing environment rice pot seedling transplanting mechanism.The rice pot seedling transplanting machine research status was analyzed in this paper, the article innovation research and optimization design the rice pot seedling transplanting mechanism, this article proposed the parameter adjustment rice pot seedling transplant mechanism--fitting gear five linkage rice pot seedling transplant mechanism. The transplanting mechanism was mainly composed of the first and second fitting gear, connecting linkage, the planting arm. Among them, the fitting part was the pure non-circular gear transmission who has the different transmission ratio, the planting arm was mainly used for completely taking out and pull out seedling. By optimizing the fitting gear pitch curve, the connecting linkage length, initial installation angle, etc, to optimize a set of relatively optimal parameter, through ADAMS virtual prototype simulation, and under the parameters to finish the experimental study. This article main research content was as follows:(1) According to agronomic requirements and work trajectory requirements, determined the fitting gear five linkage the core parts of transplanting mechanism scheme, analyses the working principle of the mechanism, and made the fitting gear’s pitch curve transmission analyses, transplanting mechanism kinematics and dynamics model is established;(2) Based on MATLAB GUI graphical user interface, developed the rice pot seedling transplanting machine man-machine dialogue and visual auxiliary analysis and parameter optimization software (registration number:2013R11L049905), through the software made the institutions parameter optimization, finally got the optimal structure parameters;(3) Import the fitting gear’s pitch curve point coordinates into MATLAB gear tooth profile generation software, generate fitting gear tooth profile AutoCAD script files, generate fitting gear in AutoCAD, import the UG AutoCAD files to UG, set up the first and second fitting gear model, complete parts modeling in SOLIDWORKS, made the whole transplant mechanism assembly interference checking;(4) The assembly model was imported to ADAMS, the transplanting mechanism virtual simulation was made by the software, the transplant mechanism transplanting curve was got, analyses the model and the curve in the post-processing interface, calculating Y direction transplanting mechanism path height, ensure the mechanical rationality;(5) Processed, assembly the transplanting mechanism core parts and carried on the experimental study on the test bed frame, chose the seedling clip mouth opening level, seedling clip clamping force, take plants frequency as factors, chose the seedling wound rate and seedling leakage rate as the evaluation index, and selected quadratic regression orthogonal rotation combination test program, used the Design Expert7.0software to carry on the analysis, got the test factor the influence of the performance results, verified the fitting of the rationality of the gear-five connecting rod transplanting.
