In order to explicit the variation characteristics of the mineral elements during the growth and development of the fruit and new shoot of blueberry in three cultivation patterns’,the6-year-old ’Bluecrop’ of varieties of northern highbush blueberry in different cultivation way which consists of the greenhouse cultivation,the plastic greenhouse cultivation and the open-field cultivation,taken as the materials were studied in the paper. The experiment mainly studied the variation characteristics of the development of the new shoots and fruit from the phenology and the growth of the shoot and the fruit,and studied the dynamic changes of the content of the mineral elements in different parts of blueberry.The results showed that:1、The blossom and fruiting time of ’bluecrop’ in greenhouse cultivation is earlier fifty-days,thirty-seven-days than in the plastic greenhouse cultivation,sixty-nine-days,fifty-eight-days than in the open-field cultivation.During the florescence and fruit,the effective accumulated temperature required>10℃were169±2℃,461±14℃2、The average fruit weight in the greenhouse cultivation.the open-field cultivation and the plastic greenhouse cultivation respectively have a rapid growth in the early May to the end of May,the end of May to the end of June,mid June to mid July and the new shoots also have a rapid growth in early April to early May,early May to early July.mid May to mid June and the best harvest period were in late May,late June.mid July.3、During the growth and development of the fruit in plastic greenhouse cultivation,the changes of N,P,K in the fruit showed a decreasing trend and had a positive significant correlation with each other and the correlation coefficient respectively were0.798,0.655,0.813.The changes of N,P,K in the root had their individual characteristics,the content of N showed a increasing-decreasing trend,the changes of P showed a decreasing trend,the changes of K showed a increasing trend. The changes of N,K in the root had a positive significant correlation each other and the correlation coefficient was0.489. There was a significant correlation between the fruit and root segment in the changes of P and the correlation coefficient was0.684.There was no correlation between the fruit and root segment in the changes of N,K.4、During the development of the new shoots,the content of N,P,K in different node of the leaves and the stem segments in the same time showed a increasing trend with the increase of node.With the passage of the time,the content of N,P,K in the same node of the leaves and the stem segments showed a downward trend.5、The changes of N,P,K in the leaf and the stem showed a decreasing trend with the growth of the new shoots and the leaf age.There was a significant correlation between the leaf and stem segment in the changes of N,P and the correlation coefficient respectively were0.784,0.837.There was a correlation between the leaf and stem segment in the changes of K and the correlation coefficient was0.482.There was a significant correlation between the changes of N and P in the leaves and the correlation coefficient was0.888.The changes of N,P,K in the stems had a positive significant correlation with each other and the correlation coefficient respectively were0.919,0.925,0.77.
