Soil microbial and soil enzyme play an important role in the decomposition and transformation of organic matter,absorption of water and salts and energy metabolism. Studying the status of the soil microbial and soil enzyme activity is meaningful for the instructing of plantation business.Current research on the soil microbial and soil enzyme of Alnoides, Gray-Manglietia, Hystrix, Michelia-hedyosperma and Tsoongiodendron odorum, Fordii and Dalbergia is extremely little.Our experience took the colorimetric and titration to measure the active of invertase and other kinds of enzymes. evaluates the number of the soil microbes with flat dilution method which sampled from the six kind of precious fast-growing period species of the Gaofeng science and technology park in Guangxi province.By recording the data of the quantity of soil microbes and the activity of soil enzymes undergrowth during the four quarters of a year investigate the diversification of the soil microbe quantity and the soil enzyme activity of the six kinds of species.The results follows:(1)What come up with the conclusion via comparing the soil microbial quantity of six kinds of plantations in spring is the number of soil total microorganism, bacterial and actinomycetes in the forest of Alnoides is the largest,what’s more,the quantity of total microorganism, bacterial in the forest of Tsoongiodendron odorum and the quantity of soil fungi and actinomycetes in the forest of Michelia-hedyosperma is the least.The discrepancy of number of total microorganism,bacterial,fungi and actinomycetes does not reach the significant level.(2)What come up with the conclusion via comparing the soil microbial quantity of six kinds of plantations in summer is the number of soil total microorganism and bacterial in the forest of Gray-Manglietia is the largest,the quantity of total microorganism,bacterial and fungi in the forest of Hystrix is the least The transformation of the number of soil total microorganism and bacterial is consistent and the discrepancy of number of total microorganism,bacterial,fungi and actinomycetes in summer does not reach the significant level.(3)What come up with the conclusion via comparing the soil microbial quantity of six kinds of plantations in autumn is the number of soil total microorganism and bacterial in the forest of Fordii and Dalbergia is the largest,while the number of soil total microorganism and bacterial in the forest of Hystrix is the least.(4)What come up with the conclusion via comparing the soil microbial quantity of six kinds of plantations in winter is the number of soil total microorganism and bacterial in the forest of Alnoides and the number of fungi and actinomycetes in the forest of Hystrix is the largest,while the number of soil total microorganism and bacterial in the forest of Michelia-hedyosperma is the least.(5)Comparing the number of soil total microorganism and bacterial in the12years old forest,we could verdict that the number of soil total microorganism and bacterial in autumn is the largest and in summer is the least.(6)What come up with the conclusion via comparing the soil azotobacter quantity of six kinds of plantations is the number of azotobacter in the forest of Tsoongiodendron odorum in summer is the largest and the soil azotobacter in spring,autumn and winter in the forest of Gray-Manglietia is the largest.(7) The activity of soil Invertase,Urease,Protease and Catalase in the forest of Michelia-hedyosperma is the highest among the five kinds of12years plantation forests.(8)The activity of soil Urease presents significant differences between the forest of Tsoongiodendron odorum and Alnoides in autumn and the forest of Tsoongiodendron odorum presents extraordinary significant differences with Gray-Manglietia and Hystrix,Fordii on the activity of soil Urease.
