Shatangju is populor with juicy, masticating and taste sweet.In recent years, The price of Shatangju increased steadily, improving the people’s enthusiasm for planting the trees. Great accommodation is provided for Shatangju development because of Guilin favorable climate. In2013, the growing area of Shatangju in Guilin has reached6.7thousand hm2. However, the wintertime of winter in Guilin is cold and rainy. This is very unfavorable to delay harvest. So tconcentrated arrival is not wise. The traffic pressure is enormous. Therefore, the study of Shatangju preservation is very necessary.With Shatangju as tested material, this test studied the effect of delay harvest, and would provide the theoretical foundation for the application of delay harvest on fruits. And studied the effect of calcium hypochiorite and heat treatment on Shatangju storage disease, and would provide the theoretical foundation for the application of commercialized treatment on fruits.(1) Covered tree planting can improve the temperature and humidity; Delay harvest in greenhouse can maintain fruit quality, and the content of TS, VC and other fruit quality are higher than outdoor cropping. Meanwhile, delay harvest in greenhouse can significantly reduce the rate of dropping and frozen fruit. Based on fruit quality variation during the preservation, from early December, the best harvest time is about45days after covered; maximum time should not exceed the end of February. Delay harvest can affect flower bud differentiation,the longer the greater in impact.(2)0.15g/L calcium hypochiorite could effeetively raiseShatangju’s good fruit rate and at the same time it had preferably inhibition effcet on the incidence of blue mold. With the proeessing of0.15g/L calcium hypoehiorite on Shatangju the rot rate was low by the time of40days storage, and navel orange’swater content was preferably kept, as well as the soluble sugar,vitamlnC. The general fruit quality is preferable. The effect on SOD activity of calcium hypochiorite is greater than POD and CAT.(3)40℃could effcetively raise Shatangju’s good fruit rate and at the same time it had preferably inhibition effcet on the incidence of blue mold.While, the fruit quality can be maintented. Based on the water loss, the results show that the higher the temperature, the greater the water loss(50℃>40℃>30℃>CK).The waterloss of50℃ã€40℃ã€30℃were40g/kgã€38g/kgã€35g/kg and34g/kg. POD and CAT activity were activated,but SOD was controled. This is different with calcium hypochiorite. In addition, Shatangju’s peel was harden and brittle and difficult to peel after the heat treatment. The reasons were still unexplained. |
