The Selections from a common fungal herbs do have good antibacterial in saponins, Sichuan pepper, Magnolia, one hundred, Sophora, wormwood and other herbs as twenty experimental materials, through the experiment of processing inhibition zone, white rot fungi and wood rot fungi brown grass are proved have better antibacterial effect, and the further study of its minimum inhibitory concentration is extremely indoor corrosion resistance. Conclusions are as follows:1. The selected20kinds of herbs in varying degrees of inhibitory effect, and the saponins have the best inhibitory effect on white rot fungus, followed by Sichuan pepper, white rot fungus is weakest inhibitory effected by the Chinese medicine Yuxingcao and Andrographis, the rest of medicine have different degrees of inhibitory effect. saponins is the best medicine on the inhibitory effect of brown rot fungi, followed by Sichuan pepper, Sophora, the worst inhibitory effect are showed by licorice, Andrographis, warehouse operation, and the remaining herbs’s inhibitory effect on wood rot was not significant.2. By the testing of minimum inhibitory concentration of Magnolia, Sophora, Sichuan pepper, honey locust, one hundred, six absinthe herbs, obtaining the experimental result that the minimum inhibitory concentration of white rot fungi, saponins as0.7g/ml, Sichuan pepper is0.7g/ml, absinthe was1.0g/ml, Magnolia is0.4g/ml, Sophora is0.7g/ml, one hundred of l.Og/ml. For brown rot on the fungi minimum inhibitory concentration, saponins as1.0g/ml, Magnolia is0.7g/ml, Sophora is1.0g/ml, absinthe was l.Og/ml, one hundred of0.7g/ml, Sichuan pepper is0.7g/ml.3. For different concentrations of liquid, the concentration on drug loading timber is not obvious, but the overall trend was rising. For indoor corrosion resistance of traditional Chinese medicine, antibacterial effect and the previous results of inhibition zone test is consistent. For the white-rot fungus, the-shamisen medicine only saponin at any selected concentration could reach corrosion level reached level I, the most effective concentration of saponin is0.7g/ml, weight loss rate of7.7%. For Chuan Jiao, Sophora, all concentrations tested material after decay are Ⅱ grade level. For preservative ACQ, its inhibitory effect is best to reach the level of intensity decay, weight loss was3.8%. For the brown rot fungus, all concentrations of saponin extract treatment after corrosion test materials are grade level I, when the concentration of0.8g/ml effect is the best weight loss was8.6%. For Chuanjiao and Sophora, all test concentrations, decay class II grade. For preservative ACQ, the best inhibitory effect, achieve strong corrosion effect, weight loss was4.2%.
