High starch cassava variety fuxuan0l and low starch cassava variety SC124as study material, their have similar genetic features. The research measured the physiological indicators and AGPase and SBE’activity of these two cassava varieties with the physiological research technique.and measure the activity of this two enzyme’isozymes with the native-page, at the same time. Our purpose is to research the relationship between the activity of cassava’AGPase、SBE and their isozymes with starch synthesis. The results prove:(1)Cassava’AGPase and SBE can accelerat the synthesis of starch、amylose and amylopectin. Cassava’AGPase and SBE not only can accelerat leaf transport photosynthate down to root but also accelerat root utilize soluble sugar.and this ability of Fuxuan01is stronger than SC124.(2)Cassava’AGPase has four kinds of isozymes,we name them as AGPa、AGPb、AGPc and AGPd Through the experiment, it can come to the conclusion that AGPa、AGPb、AGPc are key enzymes which decide the activity of AGPase.these four isozymes have important influence on improving starch synthesis rate and soluble sugar transformation.this ability of Fuxuan01is stronger than SC124.(3) AGPa、AGPb、 AGPc,these tree isozmes may have different effects on starch synthesis and soluble sugar saccharide revolving or being used.they can promote starch accumulation and soluble soluble saccharide revolving or being used in the high starch cassava variety, but not in the low starch cassava variety.(4)Cassava’SBE has three kinds of isozymes,SBEIa and SBEIb can promote starch accumulation and soluble soluble saccharide revolving or being used.this ability of Fuxuan01is stronger than SC124.
