This paper screen with high antagonistic bacteria against rice bakanae with East town of Longjing city in Jilin provice rice seeding and soil; preliminary identify biocontrol bacteria strain; study the antimicrobial activity of biocontrol bacteria on rice bakanae, the results are as follows:From rice seeding and soil, isolation and screening the131kinds of biocontrol bacteria strain; after indoor screening and using high antagonistic bacteria to do indoor control experiment of bacteriostatic test. As a result, the strongest antagonistic bacteria against rice bakanae is SG06strain.Through indoor control experiment of bacteriostatic test, SG06strain showed high indoor control prevention and had high growth promoting effect, so we can preliminary determine that SG06strain was a high antagonistic bacteria against rice bakanae. Through the study of the morphological characteristics, physiological, biochemical of the SG06strain, SG06strain was Bacillus.sp.In the experiment, bacteriostasis concentrate SG06strains and fermentation are good for6pathogens the inhibitory effect of disease. At about100%PDA,25℃or pH6.28, SG06strains and fermentation of concentrated liquid strong antibacterial activity. Antagonistic activity on high temperature, pH5.0~7.0has certain stability of fermentation broth of SG06strain. It does not sensitive to ultraviolet radiation, proteinase K, trypsin and pepsin yet. SG06strains metabolites contain difficult bacteriostatic activity of volatile matter and bacteriostatic activity of volatile substances...
